San Juan Macías 3021. Rímac-Lima 2019. A total of 116 students aged 8 to 10 years, along with their respective parents (n=116), were evaluated using the CPOD/ceod, PUFA/pufa indices, and the P-CPQ and CPQ 8-10 parental perception questionnaires. Results: The CPOD severity level was 69.8% very low, and ceod was 46.6% very low. PUFA/pufa revealed 12.1% pulpitis, 2.6% pulpitis and ulceration, and 2.9% pulpitis and fistula. Parental perception recorded a total quality of life score of 28.09 ± 7.41, while children's self-perception scored 23.93 ± 6.20. Among untreated caries, pulpitis showed the greatest impact on global quality of life at 28.71 ± 4.34. Pearson's test revealed an r² value of 0.470. Conclusion: Parental perception and self-perception were positive. The clinical consequences of untreated caries were dominated by pulpitis, which had the greatest impact. The correlation was moderate.
