Of the 10 articles, 40% (4/10) corresponded to the methodological design of a systematic review, 30% (3/10) to meta-analysis and 30% (3/10) to pre-experimental studies. RESULTS: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 90% (9/10) demonstrated that parent training with positive parenting programs is effective in reducing child abuse by improving protective factors and reducing risk factors in families, 10 % (1/10) showed that there is no significant effect of training with positive parenting programs in reducing child abuse. CONCLUSIONS: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 9 out of 10 show effectiveness of training parents with positive parenting programs in the prevention and reduction of child abuse and 1 out of 10 does not show effectiveness of training parents with positive parenting programs in reducing child abuse.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Salazar Alvarado, Betty Isabel; Cruz Gamarra, Dominga Macaria; Calsin Pacompia, Wilmer
Objective: Analyze the evidence found from the studies carried out on the participation of parents in the care of premature babies in neonatal units. Materials and Methods: It is a systematic review design, with a population of 60 articles and a sample of 10 published articles: 10% from Spain, 10% from Mexico, 20% from Iran, 10% from Venezuela, 20% from the United States, 10% Italy, 10% Taiwan, 10% Canada. In the designs we have 10% descriptive, 40% transversal, 30% case control, and 20% clinical trial; in a database: Scielo, Pubmade, Medline, Lilacs, for review the GRADE method is used which evaluates the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. Results: 80% demonstrate that it is effective, strengthening the emotional bond and the development of the newborn. 20% is not effective, it is related to the lack of communication between health personnel and parents and also their stress factor. Conclusions: Parental participation is effective because it strengthens the emotional bond, growth and development of the premature baby, with health personnel playing an important role in providing confidence and security during the training of parents to care for the baby. It is not effective when the contact of the newborn with his parents is limited and when there is a lack of communication between them and the health team.

(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-16) Huallpacuna Torres de Ttito, Luz Marina; Cárdenas de Fernández, María Hilda
Approximately twenty million babies with minimal birth weight are born worldwide annually as a result of premature labor, or due to problems in prenatal development; To this end, the Kangaroo Mother Method is implemented, whose main objective is to reduce infant mortality and prevent the effects of premature birth, based on exclusive breastfeeding, early stimulation, heat and skin-to-skin contact between mother and baby. The purpose of the research study was “to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes in the care of nurses regarding the kangaroo mother method of the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the Maternity of Lima, 2022.” The project under study works under the quantitative approach, method: hypothetical - deductive, applied type, and a non-experimental, cross-sectional correlational design. The population is made up of 75 graduate nurses from the “Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of the National Maternal Perinatal Institute”. The technique to be used will be the survey and as an instrument the CORPUS questionnaire with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.934, and the MARQUEZ knowledge instrument with a Crombach's Alpha. If α = 0.5 or > the instrument is reliable. To determine the reliability of the device, the Crombach's Alpha coefficient of the directional device has been tested and measured at 0.50 in the attitude instrument.
