Quality of care provided by nursing and level of satisfaction of mothers with children under 5 years of age in immunizations at a Hospital in Callao, 2022.

Introduction: The quality of care offered by nursing in outpatient services is essential for the external user, since the existence of a demand for care in the hospital will depend on it, therefore, it seeks to provide and have a high level of quality care. Objective: To determine how the level of quality of care provided by nursing is related to the satisfaction of mothers with children under 5 years of age in immunizations at a Callao Hospital, 2022. Methods: The research has a hypothetical deductive method, a quantitative approach, of an applied type, has a cross-sectional and correlational design. Where 121 mothers with children under 5 years of age will be surveyed through the Donabedian questionnaire that will measure the quality of care and Servqual for the satisfaction of mothers with children under 5 years of age. These collected data were processed through the Microsoft Excel program, with the chi-square test and the relationship through the Spearman correlation coefficient, which will be beneficial for improving the quality of personnel working in immunizations and for future research.
