A prospective, cross-sectional, and descriptive study was conducted. As a data collection technique, an instrument was applied virtually via a Google Forms questionnaire. Additionally, the instrument was translated from its original version in English, following the translation steps, back translation, pilot test, review, and final report by a committee of specialists. The instrument underwent a reliability test with 20 students using Cronbach's alpha, resulting in a value of 0.984, demonstrating the instrument's reliability. Finally, the validated instrument was applied to a sample of 567 students from Pediatric Dentistry I and II and Pediatric Dentistry Clinic I and II, resulting in a positive perception of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. The study concluded that the instrument to measure the perception of online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic in Pediatric Dentistry students at Norbert Wiener University, Lima 2021, is valid and reliable.
