Objective: Determine the relationship between adaptation and quality of life in patients with chronic renal failure undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Gustavo Lanatta Lujan Hospital - ESSALUD, Huacho 2022. Methods: the study will be descriptive, correlational and cross-sectional. The population and intentional sample will be formed by convenience of 69 patients undergoing hemodialysis treatment at the Hospital to be studied. Material and methods: Systematic review of a total of ten scientific articles found on educational intervention for the control of high blood pressure in older adults. which were selected in the databases: Pubmed, Google Scholar and Scielo. They were analyzed using the Grade scale to establish the quality of evidence, as well as the strength. Results: 100% of reviewed articles are of experimental design. 100% of the articles demonstrate the effectiveness of educational intervention for the control of high blood pressure in older adults. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 100% (n=10/10) of them show that educational interventions for blood pressure control in hypertensive older adults are effective.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of an educational intervention for the prevention of dengue in people residing in endemic areas(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Espinoza Vargas, Raquel Silbia; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: Analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of an educational intervention for the prevention of dengue in people residing in an endemic area. Materials and Methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 10% (01) correspond to national, with 90% (09) we find International. Mostly quasi-experimental studies have been studied, with 50%, mainly in the country of Colombia. Results: After the interventions, changes were evident in: a significant decrease in dengue vector breeding sites at the household level (90%), an increase in active community participation (85%), a significant increase in the level of knowledge of the patients after the intervention (90%), among other indicators. Materials and Methods: It is a Systematic Review that structures the products of various investigations, recognizing the most salient to answer specific questions of daily work. The follow-up was directed to articles with full text submitted to a critical reading, the recommendation will be made using the GRADE system. Results: According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out on ten scientific articles in the present study, these come from China (40%), followed by the United Kingdom (30%), Italy (10%), Malaysia (10%), Sweden (10%). of the articles are systematic reviews, followed by 40% (4) meta-analysis, randomized clinical trial 10% (1), cohort 10% (1) cases and controls 10% (1). Of the total of 10 articles reviewed, 100% (n=10) recommended fiber intake to prevent colorectal cancer in adults. Material and method: Retrospective systematic bibliographic search and review. The search was restricted to articles with full text and with a time limit of 10 years, and was carried out in the databases PudMed, Index de Enfermería, Scielo, Evidentia, Cochrane during the month of February 2016. Results: They were chosen 10 articles obtaining the following data: the application of group education has a great impact on the level of knowledge about the disease, as demonstrated in 100% of the articles reviewed, improving adherence to the treatment (66.6%), raising self-care levels (83.3%), achieving behavioral changes in relation to diet and physical activity (50%), therefore controlling biochemical parameters such as glucose (83.3%), and physical such as weight and BMI (33.3%) also shows other indicators such as: no diabetic complications (16.6%) which translate into a decrease in emergency care due to hyper or hypo glycemia. Conclusions: In this bibliographic review, group education is highlighted as the most effective method for the transmission of important knowledge. It also shows us the impact it causes as a means for socialization and the exchange of experiences. Materials and methods: Quantitative study, applied type, non-experimental or observational design, cross-sectional, and correlational scope, considering a population of 160 nurses and a sample of 113 nurses. Two instruments with acceptable validity and reliability criteria will be applied. The instrument measuring job satisfaction consists of 27 items and includes seven dimensions: administrative policy, relationship with authorities, physical and material conditions, social relationships, personal development, labor and/or remuneration benefits, and task performance. Meanwhile, the questionnaire measuring job performance consists of 28 items and includes four dimensions: personal development and training, responsibility, motivation and leadership, and teamwork. Descriptive analysis will include tables according to quantity and percentage, and inferential analysis will use the Spearman’s Rho coefficient.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of Physical Exercise to improve the quality of life of people on hemodialysis(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Roman Campos, Julissa Rosa; Vila Fabian, Juanita; Mendigure Fernández, JulioIt is a systemic review that included 11 articles no older than 10 years published in English and Spanish extracted from the databases Pubmed, Scielo, Journal Medical, Cochrane Plus and BVS whose main topic was the effectiveness of physical exercise to improve quality of life of people on hemodialysis. 66.6% of the articles come from Spain, 8.3% from Chile, Brazil, Korea and Taiwan respectively. Results: 66.6% of the articles demonstrate that physical exercise improves muscle strength, 41.6% reveal improvement in functional capacity. 100% of the articles demonstrated the improvement in the quality of life of people on hemodialysis, mostly in the physical (75%) and mental (41.6%) dimensions, other dimensions were also observed (emotional state, social functioning, general perception health, body pain) Conclusions: Physical exercise is effective in improving the quality of life in people on hemodialysis given that it has a positive impact on the dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, social functioning, general perception of health and pain bodily.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of relaxation therapy to reduce anxiety in adults(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-09-22) Morales Mendez, Fernando Nicolas; Ramos Yancce, María Angélica; Avila Vargas Machuca, Jeannette GiselleObjective: Analyze the evidence of the effectiveness of relaxation therapy to reduce anxiety in adults. Material and methods: Quantitative observational and retrospective systematic review, meta-analysis studies, experimental studies, quasi-experimental, qualitative study, randomized controlled longitudinal study, Mixed Approach Control and self-control: Pilot study, descriptive and retrospective study, subjected to a selection, using the Grade evaluation system for identifying the level of evidence, found in the databases: PubMed, Scielo, Elsevier, Cochrane. Of the 10 articles reviewed, 30% (n= 3/10) is a systematic review, 20% (n= 2/10) is a Clinical Trial, 10% (n= 1/10) is a meta-analysis, 20% ( n= 2/10) is quasi-experimental, 10% (n=1/10) is an experimental study and 10% (n= 1/10) is a descriptive study. Results of the study countries of Spain (30%), Germany (20%), USA (20%), Mexico (10%), India (10%) and finally Holland (10%). Results: In the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that relaxation therapy is effective in reducing anxiety in adults. The present secondary research titled as a critical review: Effects of high-intensity interval training on obesity or overweight in adults, aimed to provide updated scientific information on the effects of high-intensity interval training and its influence on obesity or overweight in adults. The clinical question was: What are the effects of high-intensity interval training on obesity or overweight in adults. The Evidence-Based Nutrition (NuBE) methodology was used. The information search was carried out in PUBMED, DIMENSIONS, COCHRANE, SCIENCE DIRECT, GOOGLE ACADEMICO, finding 50 articles, being selected 30 that have been evaluated by the CASPE critical reading tool, finally selecting the meta-analysis titled "The influence of training on high-intensity intervals in anthropometric variables of overweight or obese adults: a systematic review and network meta-analysis”, has an AII level of evidence and a Grade of recommendation Strong, according to the researcher's experience. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: Of the total of ten articles analyzed, 90% affirm that anthropometric parameters predict cardiovascular risk. These articles were found in the following databases Pubmed, Medline, Elsevier, Scielo and Lilacs. Results: The population made up of nursing professionals or others, the empirical exploration is based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory technique, through the survey, as well as the Coping Estimation Inventory. The average prevalence in studies associated with Burnout syndrome is in the range of 12.2%, which generates a risk of physical and emotional alterations.
