Ítem Acceso abierto Comparative efficacy and safety of phosphate binders in hyperphosphatemic patients with chronic kidney disease.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-05-30) Zavaleta Gavidia, Rosa Haydee; León Cáceres, Johanna del CarmenPhosphorus binders reduce the absorption of phosphorus obtained from the diet in the gastrointestinal tract.
