Family cohesion and resilience in adolescents 3rd and 4th grade of secondary school of the private educational institution B - Group – Callao 2019

Family cohesion is the level at which family members are interested in it, and are committed to helping each other. The family is an organism, it performs the social function of transferring values. Furthermore, it is proposed that the family is the one who provides emotional support. The family is the axis of humanity which has gone through changes in social, economic and political areas; variety is observed in family dynamics, affecting its activity and cohesion. This phase affects the adolescent who is in an evolutionary stage that is considered vulnerable since in this period there are hormonal changes, as well as cognitive immaturity since they are searching for their identity, admitting a change in the parent-child relationship. Resilience is the skill of the human being to face the difficulties that arise, being able to highlight and even be part of them. Resilience is the virtue to face misfortune and endure tragedies. Being resilient does not mean feeling discomfort, emotional pain or difficulty in the face of adversity. Materials and methods Research approach and design The approach will be quantitative, applied when the researcher is interested in collecting numerical data that can be analyzed by mathematical means. The design will be cross-sectional, correlational. Two surveys were used on family cohesion used by Olson (1985) and resilience used by Connor and Davidson (2003). Population, sample and sampling: The population considered for this study is made up of 100 students from the Private Educational Establishment of Callao, distributed by 45 women and 55 men, 25 students correspond to each classroom, there were 4 classrooms.

Humanized nursing care and satisfaction of relatives of patients in a state of agony in a public hospital, Chancay, 2022

Objective: Human care is an urgent daily need in professional practice and this is reflected in the policies and systems of health authorities that are responsible for ensuring the rights of patients and ensuring the quality of the services provided to them. the patients. On the other hand, satisfaction in the family corresponds to the different feelings and emotions that the subject evokes, so all members of the group can have completely different satisfactions; In other words, family satisfaction is an evaluation of the mental state generated by the family based on the number of positive and negative experiences experienced by the responsible employee. The main objective of the study was to establish the relationship between humanitarianism and the satisfaction of relatives of dying patients in public hospitals - Chancay 2022.

Work environment and its relationship with job performance in workers of a public institution, Huánuco – 2022

In 2021, 234 cases of workers with occupational diseases were reported in Peru, while 214 fatal accidents and 27,767 work accidents were reported (5); which is likely due to different risk factors found in the work environment and its influence on the worker's work performance. Understanding the particularities of the work environment and its relationship with the worker will help implement policies for the prevention of occupational diseases and accidents, as well as the promotion of healthy lifestyles at work (6). Its objective is to determine the relationship that exists between the work environment and the work performance of the workers of the public institution - Huánuco. Having as a design: correlational type of research, transversal descriptive type, deductive method, with a quantitative approach, research design is non-experimental. Which will take place in the public institution Huánuco-Peru. With a total of 100 workers who simultaneously represent the study sample. To collect the data, the questionnaires from the worker's work environment scale - WEIS will be applied and at the same time the results of the evaluation of the workers' work performance, which is carried out monthly, evaluating their transversal competencies, will be received. To carry out the data analysis, a matrix will be created in Microsoft Excel 2013 where the data that will be extracted will be poured into. To carry out the statistical analysis of the data, the frequency distribution will be used, calculating measures of central tendency, such as median, mean and percentages, measures of dispersion, in the same way the range and standard deviation in quantitative variables.
