    Ansiedad pre-operatoria y su relación con el dolor post-operatorio en pacientes adultos sometidos a cirugías electivas del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz, Lima 2024

    El fin de esta investigación es: Analizar la relación de la ansiedad pre-operatoria con el dolor post-operatorio en pacientes adultos sometidos a cirugías electivas del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco La Hoz en Lima, 2024. Material y Método: La investigación adoptará una perspectiva cuantitativa, diseño no experimental, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal. La población estará compuesta por 485 pacientes agendados para intervención quirúrgica de abdomen. El método para obtener la información será el cuestionario y el instrumento para evaluar la ansiedad es el Inventario de Ansiedad de Beck aplicada por: American Psychological Association, 1994 y la Escala Visual Analógica por: Canorio y Cárdenas. Los instrumentos fueron aprobados y confiabilisados con un alfa de crombach de 0.89 para la variable ansiedad y un alfa de crombach de 0.90 para la variable dolor. La información fue analizada mediante el software SPSS en su versión más reciente. Las conclusiones a las que se llegó son: Existe una relación estadísticamente significativa entre ansiedad pre-operatoria con el dolor post-operatorio en pacientes adultos sometidos a cirugías electivas del Hospital Carlos Lanfranco Laoz, Lima 2024, que permita disminuir el dolor en las cirugías.

    Calidad del cuidado de enfermería y satisfacción del paciente post operado en la Unidad de Recuperación en una Clínica Privada de Lima, 2024

    El desarrollo del estudio tiene un solo objetivo y es “determinar la relación entre la calidad del cuidado de enfermería y la satisfacción del paciente postoperatorio en el área de recuperación”. Metodología: Se aplicará, con un enfoque cuantitativo, desarrollado a nivel transversal y de correlación, con una muestra de 80 personas postoperados de una unidad del servicio recuperación en una clínica privada, año 2024 considerado como muestra censal. Se utilizará la investigación para recopilar datos; en los medios habrá una pregunta para medir la calidad de la atención de enfermería con 9 artículos del autor Barrial de 2022 con las dimensiones de comercio, cuidado humano, institucional, midiendo la satisfacción del paciente, se usara una encuesta de 18 preguntas de los autores Méndez y Francia se utilizará a partir de 2021 con las dimensiones de atención, continuidad, resultado de la atención, dos estudios nacionales. Luego del uso de las herramientas, los datos se recolectan, codifican y anotan en la matriz de datos, la cual será estadísticamente descriptiva e inferencial en el programa SPSS. 25.0.

    Conocimientos y cuidados de enfermería en el neonato postquirúrgico de atresia esofágica en el Hospital Francisco Icaza de Ecuador, 2024

    El siguiente proyecto de investigación, será puesto en práctica en un espacio hospitalario, en el que se recogerá información sobre los cuidados postquirúrgicos brindados por los profesionales de enfermería, a los neonatos con atresia esofágica en su atención cotidiana. Asimismo, esta información será utilizada para promover la implementación de un protocolo de adiestramiento, en cuidados del neonato postquirúrgico de atresia esofágica, para evitar o disminuir las complicaciones. Materiales y Métodos: El estudio fue descriptivo, no experimental y correlacional utilizando métodos cuantitativos. La muestra estará formada por 80 enfermeras. La técnica utilizada será una encuesta, y los instrumentos serán un cuestionario para medir conocimientos y una guía de observación para evaluar la atención, los cuales se utilizarán previa firma de un consentimiento informado.

    Cuidado humanizado y satisfacción del paciente postoperado en área de recuperación de una clínica privada de Lima, 2024

    Introducción: El cuidado humanizado en el ámbito de la salud, especialmente en el contexto postoperatorio, juega un papel crucial en la satisfacción del paciente. Este enfoque de atención no solo se centra en tratar la enfermedad, sino en tener que considerar al paciente como un ser que está formado por emociones, necesidades, y un equilibrio psicológico social. Por ello se propuso el Objetivo: Determinar cómo el cuidado humanizado se relaciona con la satisfacción del paciente postoperado en Área de Recuperación. Materiales y Métodos: Se seguirá una investigación hipotético deductiva, cuantitativa, no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Población: 80 pacientes postoperados en área de recuperación, las técnicas que se aplicarán incluyen la encuesta para ambas variables de estudio y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios, tomando en cuenta un estudio aplicado a nivel nacional por Guevara en el año 2023 y Cespedes con Lloclla en el año 2022. La validez se realizó por medio del juicio de 3 expertos, los cuales aplicaron la prueba V Aiken para determinar la validez del instrumento, cuyo resultado fue 100% para el instrumento 1 y de 94% para el instrumento 2. Para la confiabilidad el instrumento presentó un coeficiente de alfa de Cronbach del 0.905 para el instrumento 1 y 0.690 instrumento 2. Se aplicará la prueba estadística del coeficiente Rho Spearman para definir el nivel de correlación entre los fenómenos de estudio.

    Efficacy of the Lichtenstein technique versus the Desarda technique in adult post-surgical patients with inguinal hernia.

    Objective: To systematize evidence on the effectiveness of the Lichtenstein technique versus the Desarda technique in postoperative adult patients. Material and Methods: The study design corresponds to a systematic review. A systematic search of 10 scientific articles was conducted in the following databases: PubMed, Wolters Kluwer, Springer Link. Results: According to the review of 100% of the analyzed studies, 50% (n=5/10) of the articles indicate heterogeneity in both the Lichtenstein and Desarda techniques in postoperative adult patients with inguinal hernia. 30% (n=3/10) disagree on the effectiveness of the Lichtenstein technique versus the Desarda technique in postoperative adult patients. 20% (n=2/10) highlight the effectiveness of the Desarda technique versus the Lichtenstein technique in postoperative adult patients. Conclusion: The analyzed studies indicate heterogeneity in both the Lichtenstein and Desarda techniques, and a percentage of studies disagree on the effectiveness of the Lichtenstein technique versus the Desarda technique in postoperative adult patients. Finally, a smaller percentage of studies suggest that the effectiveness of the Desarda technique versus the Lichtenstein technique in postoperative adult patients reduces complications associated with inguinal hernia surgical procedures.

    Knowledge of family care and its relationship with the practice in post-operated cataract patients at the eye institute of Oftalmosalud, November – February 2021

    Objective: Determine the level of knowledge of family care and its relationship with practice in post-cataract surgery patients in the ophthalmosalud eye clinic, period November to February 2021. Material and methods: logical deductive study, quantitative approach, applied type, design correlational methodological, total population 107 post-cataract surgery patients along with their caregivers meeting the inclusion and exclusion criteria, survey technique applied, 1st instrument to measure the level of knowledge is a questionnaire type consisting of 12 questions are applied to the family caregiver after informed consent, applying the measurement scale: high, medium and low. The 2nd instrument consists of an observation checklist consisting of 6 dimensions each with 3 questions to measure the level of practice in caring for the post-operative patient.     Laminar airflow ventilation is effective in reducing infections in patients undergoing surgery

    Objective: To systematically analyze the evidence on the effectiveness of laminar airflow ventilation in reducing infections in patients undergoing surgery. Material and methods: The systematic review of the 10 scientific articles evidenced on the effectiveness of laminar air flow ventilation to reduce infections in patients undergoing surgery, were obtained from the following databases Epistemonikos, Pubmed, Scielo, Medline, Ebsco, Dialnet, ProQuest and Google scholar. They were analyzed according to the Grade scale to determine the strength and quality of the evidence. Of the 10 articles, 60% (6/10) correspond to the methodological design of a systematic review, 30% (3/10) are a cohort study and 10% (1/10) are quasi-experimental studies. RESULTS: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 40% (4/10) demonstrate that laminar airflow ventilation is effective in reducing infections in patients undergoing surgery, since they improve the reduction of infections in patients undergoing surgery. surgery, 60% (6/10) showed that there is no decrease in infections in patients undergoing surgery. CONCLUSIONS: The present systematic review concludes that 6 of 10 evidence demonstrate that laminar airflow ventilation is not effective in reducing infection in patients undergoing surgery; and 4 out of 10 evidence indicates that it is efficient.

    Objective: To analyze the relationship between the level of self-care knowledge and complications in patients who have undergone cataract surgery at the Oculaser Clinic, Lima in 2022. Material and method: This research has a quantitative approach. The overall level of self-care knowledge is high in 52%, low in 37%, and average in 11%; overall, 46% is high, 40% is low, and 14% is low. There is a relationship between the overall level of self-care knowledge and complications in patients who have undergone cataract surgery in 91%.

    Introduction: Nursing care focuses on holistic attention. When providing this care, it is essential to include not only adherence to prescribed medications but also the prevention of unnecessary suffering in postoperative patients. Objective: To determine the relationship between care and management in immediate postoperative patients at a MINSA hospital - 2024. Methodology: The hypothetical-deductive method will be used, with a descriptive quantitative approach and a non-experimental, cross-sectional observational design. The population will consist of 150 immediate postoperative patients. Data collection will be carried out using the survey technique, with instruments for each variable that meet validity and reliability criteria. Results: The findings will be presented descriptively through frequency tables, graphs, and inferential analysis following the application of a normality test to the study hypotheses.

    Nursing management of pain in post-surgical patients after abdominal surgery at the National Police of Peru Central Hospital, 2021

    The study presents a quantitative approach, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population includes 133 adult patients, with a sample consisting of 99 patients, who will meet the inclusion criteria outlined in the research. Applying the survey as a technique in order to collect the respective data and a questionnaire with a high level of validation as an instrument, which is called "Questionnaire to evaluate the management of postoperative pain in the patient." The instrument has a validity of 0.86 and a reliability determined by Cronbach's Alpha of 0.841. After coding, the data is entered into an Excel template, to which the respective treatment will be carried out using descriptive statistics, which will allow the results to be displayed in statistical tables with their respective analysis. This study will comply with strict ethical and scientific guidelines.

    Nursing postoperative care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction in patients of the general surgery service of the Hospital de Ica 2023

    Introduction: the research project titled “Postoperative nursing care and its relationship with the level of satisfaction in patients of the General Surgery service of the Hospital de Ica 2023” has as its main problem: What is the relationship between postoperative nursing care with the level of satisfaction in patients of the General Surgery Service of the Hospital de Ica 2023? for which the objective was to determine the interrelation of both variables. Methodology: A quantitative, non-experimental, applied, correlational and cross-sectional study, where the sample consisted of 97 postoperative patients at the Hospital de Ica. Instrument: Postoperative nursing care will be measured with the instrument adapted and modified by Lecca in 2017, ordered and divided into 15 items within its 3 dimensions, validated and with reliability of Cronbach's alpha 0.798. To measure the satisfaction of the postoperative patient, the questionnaire adapted by Segura and Nicolás in 2018 will be used, validated by 100% expert judgment, with 30 items evaluating three dimensions, obtained a reliability of 0.854 by means of Cronbach's alpha. Data processing and analysis plan: The data obtained will be encoded and typed in the Microsoft Excel program, then exported to the SPSS statistical software for processing and analysis.

    Pain management and its relationship with nursing care in gynecological post-surgical patients in a public hospital, Arequipa 2023

    The present investigation will be carried out with the objective of analyzing if there is a relationship between pain management and nursing care in gynecological post-surgical patients in a public Hospital, Arequipa 2023. The applied type methodology, quantitative approach, nonexperimental design, correlational level. Being a sample of 174 post-surgical patients, chosen by simple random probabilistic sampling; and for data collection, the survey technique and instrument will be used: a structured questionnaire for each variable validated by expert judges, a Pearson 0.255 correlation test and a reliability according to Cronbach's Alpha 0.701. Concluding that, the project will take into account as a priority ethical consideration such as autonomy, beneficence and justice during the entire development of the study.

    The present investigation determined as its purpose the relationship between patient satisfaction and nursing care attention in the immediate postoperative period at the Apoyo Puquio Hospital-2021. Type and Design: The research is applied, descriptive, cross-sectional and correlational. Population and sample: The population is made up of 240 patients and the sample will be 130 immediate post-operative patients with different pathologies, and both sexes from the Apoyo Puquio Hospital. Instrument: The technique that will be used to collect information will be two surveys; the first instrument to measure the patient satisfaction variable will be a questionnaire with standardized questions (SERVQUAL) which consists of 5 dimensions with 22 items, 5 items for the reliability dimension, 4 items for response capacity, 4 items for security, 5 items for empathy and for tangible aspects 4 items; to measure care, a questionnaire with 6 dimensions and 27 items will be used, which is divided into the following: as follows: promotion of self-care 3 items, relationship of trust and security 6 items, emotional support 7 items, touch and listening 3 items, ethics and professional image 5 items, and caregiver presence 3 items.

    Pre-operative information and pre-operative anxiety in patients of the surgery service of a national hospital in Lima, 2021

    Preoperative anxiety is diverse, including high readmission rate, prolonged hospital stay, negative influence during anesthetic induction and patient recovery, and decreased patient satisfaction with perioperative care. Mortality and morbidity associated with preoperative anxiety are most likely due to major cardiovascular problems associated with health-related behaviors such as smoking, poor diet, poor treatment compliance or an inactive lifestyle and direct influence on myocardial perfusion. However, the body of evidence on the global prevalence and determinants of preoperative anxiety among surgical patients is still under study. A common low level of anxiety is an expected reaction to unpredictable and potentially life-threatening circumstances, especially for a patient's first surgical experience. However, a higher and prolonged level of preoperative anxiety results in delayed wound healing, in addition to requiring higher doses of anesthetics and poor recovery.
