Materials and Methods: Observational as well as retrospective systematic review, which is a synthesis of the results of various primary investigations. Which constitutes an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to its strict methodology, identifying and prioritizing the main studies that answer specific questions of clinical practice, the search has been restricted to those articles with full text, and selected articles which They were subjected to a critical reading, using the grade system to assign the strength of recommendation. Results: In the final selection, 10 articles were included on the effectiveness of a computerized management and traceability system in sterilization centers, which were found in databases such as Medline, Pubmed, Cochrane, Ebsco and Lilacs. Including 5 Experimental, 3 Quasi-experimental and 2 Cross-sectional studies; Of the evidence found, 40% come from Brazil, 20% from Spain, the other 20% from China and 10% from Japan and Cuba respectively. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 100% (n=10/10) show the effectiveness of a computerized management and traceability system in sterilization centers, a process carried out by the nursing professional specialized in sterilization centers.Ítem Acceso abierto Leadership and job satisfaction of nursing staff in the intensive care service in a hospital in Lambayeque-2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-10-09) Lozano Pérez, Aracely; Montoro Valdivia, Marcos AntonioThe objective of this study is: “To determine the relationship between leadership and job satisfaction of nursing staff in an intensive care unit of a hospital in Lambayeque 2022.” The research methodology will have a quantitative approach and a correlation design, it will be applied to 54 nurses who work in the Intensive Care Unit service of a Hospital in the Lambayeque region. The selection of the sample will be carried out considering the aspects of exclusion and inclusion. The sample will be non-probabilistic for convenience. The technique and instrument used to obtain information will be through a Likert questionnaire, through the survey, in order to measure the variables: leadership and job satisfaction and determine the relationship that exists between them. Two instruments that have been validated through expert judgment were applied, while Lee Cronbach's Alpha coefficient was used for the reliability index. For the processing of information collected, it will be through the Microsoft Excel program, using the SPSS version 26 program, for statistical analysis.
