    Healthy lifestyle and its relationship with the job performance of workers in the Production area of ​​the BBraun Medical Company Peru, Lima - 2022.

    The present research entitled "Healthy lifestyle and its relationship with the job performance of workers in the production area of the company BBraun Medical Peru, Lurin, Lima - 2022" had as its main objective to analyze the relationship that exists between the healthy lifestyle and the job performance of workers in the production area of the company BBraun Medical Peru, Lurin 2022. The present study is of a correlational type because it aims to verify the relationship between healthy lifestyle and job performance. The population of this research was 130 workers in the production area, the sample is the same as the population, that is, it is a universal sample. The technique used was the survey and as instruments, the Likert-type scale because it is an already prepared instrument. Regarding the reliability of the leadership styles variable, it has Cronbach's Alpha 0.85, which is why it is maintained that the instrument is reliable. The result of the test was 0.92, which confirms the hypothesis of general reliability of the instrument.
