These articles were subjected to critical reading, using the Sistema Grade evaluation to identify their quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. Results: According to the evidence found, 100% of the authors report that the use of double gloves is effective compared to the use of single gloves as protection for surgical personnel in reducing perforations and percutaneous injuries, as they conclude that the use of double gloves It has more than 90% protection for both the patient and the surgical team, thus reducing contact with blood and body fluids. Conclusions: It was evident that the use of double gloves is more effective than the use of single gloves to reduce perforations and percutaneous injuries in surgical personnel. Esta situación, sumada a una carencia de herramientas adecuadas para gestionar el estrés, la complejidad de las tareas laborales y la escasa colaboración entre compañeros, puede generar la manifestación o el agravamiento de los síntomas del síndrome de agotamiento. Por ello, el objetivo que se propuso fue determinar la relación que existe entre las estrategias de afrontamiento y la salud mental del personal de salud. Materiales y Métodos: Estudio hipotético deductivo, cuantitativo, correlacional y transversal. Población: Integrará 80 profesionales de enfermería. En este estudio los datos se recopilarán utilizando el método de encuesta, y dos cuestionarios teniendo en cuenta una investigación realizada en el ámbito nacional por Troncos en 2022 y Guzmán en 2021 respectivamente. Respecto a la validación, se efectuó mediante la valoración de 3 especialistas. La confiabilidad se realizó por medio de una prueba de confiabilidad de 20 enfermeros (as), obteniendo un valor de 0,860 y 0,907, respectivamente. Los hallazgos se cargarán en el SPSS para su evaluación y representación visual en tablas y gráficos, respectivamente. Personal protective factors prevent the employee from being directly exposed to the risk agents exposed in the course of their work activities, even if it is proven that the worker does not use them. “Resistance to the use of personal protective equipment among workers at the “Torres” carpentry shop is one of the most common obstacles that we discovered in charge of advising and verifying the use of equipment.
