Abril–julio, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-21) Cadenas Castillo, Yovana Ivonne; Cerdan Sosa, Esther Noemi; Parreño Tipián, Juan ManuelObjective: "To determine the relationship between D-dimer behavior and C-reactive protein in COVID-19 patients admitted to the Intensive Care Unit of the Clínica Internacional, Lima, April-July 2021." Methodology: The research design is non-experimental, and the study is observational, retrospective, cross-sectional, descriptive, and correlational. Results: The sample population of the Clínica Internacional consisted of 178 patients, the majority of whom were adults (60.3%), older adults (33.1%), and young adults (6.7%), with a predominance of males (71.3%) over females (28.7%).
