    Cognitive and practical competencies in inotropic care of nurses in the emergency assisted transport system, Lima 2022

    The objective of the study was to determine how cognitive skills are related to the management of inotropes in the nurse of the Emergency Assisted Transportation System, Lima 2022. It used as quantitative methodology, the hypothetical deductive, descriptive method, of non-experimental correlational design, in a population of 100 nurses, obtained a sample by probabilistic sampling of 81 nurses, who would answer two questionnaires validated by expert judgment; The first questionnaire "Cognitive skills in the administration of inotropes" was used by Werther, in 2021 and had high reliability through the KR20 test. The second questionnaire "Management of Inotropics", developed by García and Olave in Tacna in 2019, had a Cronbach's alpha of ∞=0.846, which indicates acceptable reliability. After the application of the instrument, the data treatment will be carried out in the statistical program SPSS version 28 to obtain both descriptive results and inferential analyzes by means of the Chi Square statistical test, in order to contrast the hypothesis Hi= Cognitive skills favor the management of inotropes by the nurse of the Emergency Assisted Transportation System, Lima 2022; Finally, the presence or absence of a relationship between the variables studied will be concluded.
