Calidad de atención y satisfacción en usuarios del consultorio externo de psiquiatría de un hospital público de Chincha, 2025

La presente investigación busca “determinar cómo la calidad de atención se relaciona con la satisfacción en usuarios del consultorio externo de psiquiatría de un Hospital Público de Chincha, 2024”. El estudio presenta un enfoque cuantitativo de método hipotético - deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicada y de diseño no experimental con un corte transversal- correlacional. Para la recolección de datos se desarrollará mediante dos encuestas, una para medir el nivel de atención de calidad y la otra para medir la aceptaciòn en usuarios, realizadas a 110 pacientes del consultorio externo de psiquiatría de un, los cuales son la población. Para el análisis de la investigación será desarrollado mediante la información recolectada, a través de gráficos y cuadros los cuáles serán procesados en el Software SPSS versión 27, así como prueba de normalidad y pruebas de hipótesis para obtener los resultados propuestos en el estudio.

Level of overload of family caregivers of patients with schizophrenia in a public mental health and psychiatry institution - 2021

The objective of this project is to determine the level of overload of family caregivers of patients with schizophrenia in a public mental health and psychiatry institution in 2021. Materials and methods. The study will have a quantitative approach, likewise the methodological design is non-experimental and cross-sectional design. The population will consist of 120 family caregivers of patients with schizophrenia in a public mental health and psychiatry institution in 2021. The technique used will be the survey. The Zarit Caregiver Overload Scale instrument to measure the level of this in responsible family members, which is based on a 22-question questionnaire, will describe the possible situations in which family caregivers may find themselves, adding up to a global score. (22 - 110 points) classifying the tutor as: “absence of overload” less than or equal to 46 points; “light overload” of 47-55 points; “intense overload” greater than or equal to 56 points.

Personality and alcoholism in outpatient patients of the Ñana rehabilitation center, 2021

This research work will be developed within the Mental Health and Psychiatry research line, focusing on collecting information that allows the nursing work to be enhanced, with the desire to contribute to the treatment and recovery of patients treated for alcoholism problems. at the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center. Likewise, it seeks to demonstrate the situation that these people are experiencing, so that the nursing professionals who work in this institution can take it as a reference to improve their practice and the humanized care that every professional in this field must exercise. Objective : determine the relationship between personality and alcoholism in outpatient patients of the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center, 2021. MATERIALS AND METHODS: the approach that will be followed is quantitative, basic, with design descriptive-correlational, non-experimental, cross-sectional and hypothetical-deductive method. The study sample will be made up of 40 male patients from the Ñaña Rehabilitation Center and the technique will be the survey, which will be applied using the Eysenck Personality Inventory and a questionnaire to measure the alcoholism variable.

Violencia de pareja y depresión en mujeres que se atienden en un centro de salud mental comunitario de, Lima Este - 2024

El objetivo: será” Determinar como la violencia de pareja se relaciona con la depresión en mujeres que se atienden en un centro de salud mental comunitario.”, de modo que la población será 90 usuarios, pertenecientes al Servicio de Violencia de dicho centro para esta investigación, Se uso una metodología aplicada de. Diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. Como Instrumento para la medición de la variable “Violencia de Pareja” se usará la Escala de Violencia Intrafamiliar (VIFJ4) dicho cuestionario fue confiable mediante Alpha de Crombach de 0.93 y con respecto a la variable “Depresión” se usará Inventario de Depresión de Beck (BDI-2) adaptado por Pérez 2021, la confiabilidad fue por medio de Alpha de Crombach con índice de 0.901. Se uso la encuesta como técnica para la agrupación de la data. La evaluación estadística y la verificación de la data se hará por medio de valores porcentuales, la validación estadística será por medio de Rho de Spearman.
