    The main objective of the research was: "To determine the association between psychosocial risks and job performance of healthcare personnel in the Emergency Department of the PNP Hospital, Lima 2023." Methodologically, the hypothetical deductive method, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, descriptive correlational level were used, with a population of 155 health professionals to whom the validated questionnaires were applied, giving as results, that psychosocial risks and job performance are related (r: 0.687; p: 0.00), while psychological demand (r: 0.166; p: 0.00), active work and development of activities (r: 0.251; p: 0.00) and double presence (r: 0.330; p: 0.00) are related to a low level of job performance, and social support in the company (r: 0.518; p: 0.00) and compensation (r: 0.497; p: 0.00) are related to a moderate level of job performance, concluding that the presence of psychosocial risks influence performance employment of the study participants.
