    Factores psicosociales y su relación con el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de una institución privada del Callao, 2024

    La presente investigación tuvo como Objetivo: Determinar la relación que existe entre los factores psicosociales y el desempeño laboral en los colaboradores de una institución privada del Callao – 2024. Diseño metodológico: Enfoque cuantitativo, método hipotético deductivo, de corte transversal y diseño correlacional. Población: 55 colaboradores que laboran en una institución privada del Callao, la muestra considera al total de la población (estudio censal). Instrumentos: La variable “Factores psicosociales” considera 20 ítems, la confiabilidad reporto un valor de 0,740, la variable “Desempeño laboral” considera un cuestionario de 18 ítems, la confiabilidad reporto un valor de 0,790, fue auto validado estos instrumentos por tres expertos, la presente investigación considerara la validez y confiabilidad correspondiente. La recolección de datos a considerado encuestar a los colaboradores de una institución privada del Callao. Procesamiento y análisis de datos: Se aplicará el programa SPSS-v 26 y el análisis considera: Primera etapa las técnicas de estadística descriptiva aplicando porcentajes, tablas y gráficos para identificar los niveles de cada variable y la forma en que estos se presentan en los colaboradores que participaron en la investigación, para la parte inferencial y aplicando coeficiente se Spearman se verificara las hipótesis.

    Family functionality and aggressiveness in high school students from a private educational institution in Lima, 2019.

    The research aimed to understand the relationship between family functioning and aggression in secondary school students from a private institution in Lima. The study had a quantitative, descriptive-correlational approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 453 students from the 3rd, 4th, and 5th year of secondary school, aged between 14 and 18. The instruments used were the Family Cohesion and Adaptability Evaluation Scale (FACES III) and the Aggression Questionnaire (AQ) by Buss and Perry. The results indicated a significant inverse relationship between the study variables (p < 0.05; r = -0.115). Similarly, an inverse relationship was found for physical aggression (p < 0.05; r = -0.115) and hostility (p < 0.05; r = -0.159) with family functioning. No correlation was found between family functioning and the other two dimensions of aggression: verbal aggression (p > 0.05; r = -0.007) and anger (p > 0.05; r = -0.052). It was inferred that students with adequate family functioning would develop lower levels of aggression.

    Family functionality and self-esteem in students from 3rd to 5th grade of secondary of two public educational institutions of the district of Ate Vitarte, Zone B - Lima, 2019.

    The goal of this research was to determine if there is a relationship between family functioning dimensions and self-esteem among students from 3rd to 5th year of secondary school in two public institutions in the Ate Vitarte district, zone B-2019. The sample included 175 students, with 50.9% females and 49.1% males. The data was collected using the FACES III Family Cohesion and Adaptability Scale and the Stanley Coopersmith Self-Esteem Inventory. The research design was descriptive comparative correlational with a non-experimental cross-sectional approach. A moderate and low positive correlation was found between family functioning dimensions and self-esteem (p < 0.01). It was concluded that family functionality dimensions are correlated with self-esteem.

    Intra-family relationships and antisocial behavior in institutionalized adolescents, Lima, 2021

    This study aimed to determine the relationship between the quality of intrafamily relationships and antisocial behavior in institutionalized adolescents in Lima in 2022. The methodology was based on a quantitative approach with a non-experimental design. Two instruments were applied: the Intrafamily Relationship Evaluation Scale (E.R.I.) and the Childhood and Adolescent Antisocial Behavior Questionnaire (CASIA) to a sample of 112 institutionalized adolescents. The main data analysis was conducted using Spearman’s rho correlation, revealing a correlation coefficient of -.631 with statistical significance of p < .05 and an effect size of .398. This result indicates a significant relationship between the quality of intrafamily relationships and antisocial behavior in the studied adolescents. In conclusion, it was found that the quality of intrafamily relationships plays an important role in adolescent antisocial behavior. Specifically, adolescents who maintain strong and healthy family relationships tend to exhibit fewer antisocial behaviors. This suggests that strengthening family relationships can be an effective strategy to mitigate antisocial behavior in institutionalized adolescents.

    Niveles de autoestima y rehabilitación oral con prótesis total en pacientes de una clínica privada

    El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre los niveles de autoestima y rehabilitación con prótesis total en pacientes de una clínica privada. Fue una investigación relacional de nivel básico, diseño no experimental y transversal. Tuvo una muestra de 89 pacientes que se determinó por fórmula. Empleó como técnica la encuesta. Para medir la autoestima se empleó el cuestionario de autor Rosemberg con proceso de validado y traducido en diversos idiomas. Schmitt y Allik realizaron estudios multiculturales en cual administraron la EAT mencionando que consta de 10 ítems que evalúan la autoestima global del individuo mediante una escala tipo Likert de 4 puntos: totalmente en desacuerdo, en desacuerdo, de acuerdo y totalmente de acuerdo. Para medir la rehabilitación con prótesis total se usó el cuestionario GOHAI conformado por doce puntos y con escala Likert teniendo la puntuación: 1 al 5 divididos en cinco categorías. El análisis estadístico fue mediante la prueba rho de Spearman, presentó un coeficiente de 0.701 (Correlación positiva alta), el p-valor = 0.000 (p< 0.05), se rechaza la hipótesis nula. Los resultados indicaron la relación entre los niveles de autoestima y rehabilitación con prótesis total, en mayoría se aprecia autoestima alta y alta calidad en la rehabilitación con prótesis total en un 70.8% (n °=63). Se concluyó que la rehabilitación con prótesis total tiene un impacto positivo significativo en los niveles de autoestima de los pacientes.

    Psychosocial factors and work stress in the nursing professional of the Cardiology area of a hospital of the Ministry of Health of Lima ‐ 2023

    The present study aims to determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and job stress among nursing professionals in the cardiology department of a Ministry of Health hospital in Lima, 2023. The research is based on Lalonde’s theory, which addresses life and health management by outlining certain premises of human behavior and health care in the workplace. This is a quantitative study following the hypothetical-deductive method, with an applied, non-experimental design and a correlational and cross-sectional scope. The sample consists of 60 nursing professionals from the cardiology department of a Ministry of Health hospital in Lima, 2023. The instruments used are the Karasek psychosocial factors questionnaire and the Maslach and Jackson job stress questionnaire.

    Psychosocial risk and burnout syndrome in nursing professionals, emergencies of a home care program Essalud, Lima- 2021

    Labor conditions have always been categorized as physical and environmental risks, but in these current times, due to globalization, there is growing concern about psychosocial risks, which have increased and intensified. Current data shows the extent of the impact on a person’s health. On the other hand, Burnout Syndrome is the consequence of chronic work-related stress, directly affecting healthcare staff because they are in constant contact with pain and death. The main objective of this study is to establish the relationship between psychosocial risks and Burnout Syndrome in nurses working in the Emergency Department of a home care program at EsSalud, Lima - 2021. This research is basic, with a quantitative approach, a non-experimental, observational design, and a correlational scope with a cross-sectional cut. The population and sample are the nurses working in the Emergency Department of a home care program at EsSalud from June to December 2021. The survey technique will be used to collect data for both variables.

    Psychosocial risk and its influence on the job satisfaction of the nursing staff of the sterilization center of the regional hospital Honorio Delgado Espinoza, Arequipa - 2022.

    Objective: To analyze the influence of the psychosocial risk level on the job satisfaction of the nursing staff at the Sterilization Center of the Honorio Delgado Espinoza Regional Hospital, Arequipa - 2022. Methodology: Quantitative, cross-sectional study with a correlational design. The total population will be 32 nursing staff working at the Sterilization Center of the Honorio Delgado Regional Hospital in Arequipa, who meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria respectively. Techniques and Instruments for data collection: The survey was used as a technique and the Questionnaire was used as an instrument; for psychosocial risk ISTAS21 short version and for Job Satisfaction S20 / 23. Procedure: Data collection will be carried out over a period of 3 months, at the facilities of the Sterilization Center of the Honorio Delgado Espinoza Hospital, Arequipa. The data will then be entered into a database analyzed under the SPSS Version 27.0 program. Statistical Analysis: For the descriptive analysis, frequency tables, measures of central tendency and dispersion, as well as graphical representations, will be used. To contrast the hypothesis, the Chi square test will be used and the Sperman correlation coefficient will be applied.

    Psychosocial risk and job stress in nursing staff, area of ​​the mobile emergency care system, Ica, 2022

    Introduction: Psychosocial risks are related to interaction, work and staff satisfaction, and stress is the consequence of the imbalance between the demands and pressure to which nurses are exposed on a daily basis based on their cognitive level and capacity. Objective: “determine the relationship between psycosocial risk and work stress in nursing staff, area of the mobile emergency care system, Ica, 2022”. Methods: study of quantitative approach, non experimental applied type, observational and cross-sectional; the sample population will be 65 nurses from the Mobile Emergency Care System, Ica, who will be surveyed through a questionnaire and an observation sheet to finally obtain the results. The results will be collected through questionnaire-type instruments, then they will be coded and entered into the database designed in Excel, likewise the results will be analyzed and synthesized by the SPSS version 25.0 statistical software package, which will allow us to obtain results both descriptive and inferential.

    Psychosocial risk and professional quality of life of the nurse of the emergency service of the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, lima 2021

    Objective: To determine the relationship between psychosocial risk and the professional quality of life of nurses in the emergency department at the Edgardo Rebagliati Martins National Hospital, Lima 2021. Methodology: This is an applied study with a non-experimental correlational design. The study will involve a population of 120 nurses, from which a sample will be selected using a finite population formula, resulting in 92 professionals. Two previously validated questionnaires, used in similar studies to this project, will be administered. Data collection is expected to take five days, after which the data will be processed in Excel, and the results will be obtained through statistical analysis in SPSS Statistics 25.

    Psychosocial risk factors and quality of care of the health personnel of the emergency unit in a hospital in Lima during the health emergency, 2022.

    Objective: The purpose of the research will be to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and quality of care of emergency area health personnel in a hospital in Lima, 2022. Methodology: The study will have a quantitative correlational, non-experimental and cross-sectional approach. The population will be 54 nurses who go down to the emergency unit. The inclusion criteria will be nursing professionals who voluntarily sign the informed consent, perform care work in the emergency unit and have more than six months of work in the area. Likewise, the exclusion criteria will be nursing professionals who did not say they signed the informed consent, do not have six months of work, work remotely, are on leave, and perform management and coordination functions. The psychosocial risk factors instrument belongs to SUSESO ISTAS 21 with a reliability of 0.661 Cronbach's Alpha and the service quality instrument belongs to Ramírez with a reliability of 0.804 Cronbach's Alpha, complying with the ethical aspects in the research.

    The objective of this research project is to determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and job performance in the nursing staff of the Huacho Regional Hospital in times of COVID-19. The research method is hypothetical-deductive, with a quantitative approach, applied type and non-experimental design, given that the variables will not be manipulated, and the natural environment in which the nursing staff operate will be maintained, the population will be a total of 132 nurses, for which the following instruments will be applied: For the Psychosocial Risk variable, we will use the adapted Copenhagen Psychosocial Questionnaire (CoPsoQ) (ISTAS21-CoPsoQ): which is divided into 6 dimensions (38 items); psychological demands, insecurity, control over work, social support and quality of leadership, esteem, and double presence. In relation to the job performance variable, we will use the MINSA Professional (job) Performance Observation Guide, which consists of 8 dimensions; planning, responsibility, initiative, opportunity, quality of work, reliability and discretion, interpersonal relationships and compliance with standards.

    Psychosocial risk factors and work stress in the Independencia volunteer fire company - 2021

    Objective: "To determine the relationship between psychosocial risk factors and occupational stress in the volunteer firefighters of Independencia – Lima 2021." Methodology: This research has a quantitative, descriptive, and correlational approach with a cross-sectional design. The study's sample population consists of 50 active firefighters serving in the volunteer fire department. Data Collection Technique and Instrument: The technique used will be a survey. The instrument used is the "ISTAS (COPSOQ model adapted by Abanto)" questionnaire, a Likert scale with 20 items, and the "Occupational Stress" questionnaire by Hernández, Ortega, and Reidl, adapted by Abanto, a Likert scale with 38 items. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out at the volunteer fire department. Statistical Analysis: The data will be analyzed using Microsoft Excel 2010 and SPSS 22 to represent the variables graphically, and for the association, the Chi-Square test of Pearson will be applied.

    Introduction: Work and/or the work environment is one of the most common stressors of the human being and its own multifactors such as a way of working and organization allow to strengthen or weaken its adaptability, when the worker's adaptability mechanisms are exceeded, alterations with symptoms appear with various physiological and psycho-emotional consequences, which affect the quality of life of people, therefore an adequate way of working, psychosocial factors and their risks are essential for optimal "Occupational Health" and that leads to the study of all types of work that are currently found, as is the case of those offered by companies (Transnationals) in the Retail modality and/or supermarkets, which provide, like Sodimac, the sales/consulting service with customer treatment directly from person to person. Objective: To determine how the Psychosocial Risk Factors are related to the presence of Burnout Syndrome (SB) in the workers of the SODIMAC company in Santa Anita 2024. Methods: Non-experimental, descriptive study, with a quantitative, correlational and crosssectional approach. The population will be finite and will be made up of 100 workers, according to the census sample for convenience, which will be made up of all the personnel who have a position occupied in the Sodimac company. The survey will be used with the completion of two Liker-type questionnaires, the SUCESO/ISTAS 21 and Maslach Burnout (MBI) instruments, which were validated by Bruno using the multivariate statistical technique of confirmatory factor analysis. The information collected will be processed in the statistical software SPSS 25, to perform the univariate descriptive analysis through statistical tables and graphs.

    Work stress and psychosocial risks in nursing staff in the emergency area of a Pasco Hospital, 2024

    Introduction: The World Health Organization (WHO) describes stress as a natural state of the body when faced with a stimulus that generates mental tension and worry. According to the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), psychosocial risks and work stress are no stranger to any person, even less so if we talk about the world of work. According to the Ministry of Health (MINSA), high levels of stress affect mental health, seeing it as a fundamental reason to take care of the health of health workers. Objective: “Determine the relationship between work stress and psychosocial risks in nursing staff of the emergency area of a hospital of Pasco”. Methodology": The research will be based on a deductive method, quantitative approach, basic type, nonexperimental design, cross-sectional, correlational descriptive level. The population will be made up of all nursing staff who work in the emergency area of both sexes. The sample will be nonprobabilistic for convenience. The technique will be the survey through two instruments; First questionnaire, modified work stress scale according to ILO-WHO, “consists of 25 items, has a reliability of 0.966 according to Cronbach's Alpha, considered a very high level of reliability. the second CENSOPAS COPSOQ questionnaire, a validated medium version of the CoPsoQISTAS21”, with an alpha and omega reliability value >0.70, which contains 112 questions grouped into 8 categories that evaluate 20 psychosocial dimensions. For the execution of the project, the approval from Norbert Wiener University.
