Materials and Methods: The research design is a systematic review, with a search conducted in databases: Scielo, Pubmed, Medline, Cochrane Plus, Epistemonikos. The population consisted of 22 articles, and the sample was made up of 10 articles. The articles were evaluated using the GRADE system, which assesses the quality of evidence and strength of recommendation. Results: The scientific evidence comes from countries such as England (20%), followed by the United States (10%), Australia (20%), Sweden (10%), Spain (10%), Italy (10%), Ireland (10%), and Costa Rica (10%). 80% of the articles demonstrate the efficacy of negative pressure therapy in reducing surgical site infection and hospital stay in intensive care patients, while 20% show no evidence of efficacy due to small sample studies. Conclusions: Negative pressure therapy is effective in reducing surgical site infection and hospital stay in intensive care patients.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of reminiscence therapy in reducing depression among elderly patients.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-02) Yancán Chilón, Rubén Alex; López Alvarez, Daisy Marleny; Perez Siguas, Rosa EvaThis work aims to assess the effectiveness of reminiscence therapy in reducing depression in older adult patients. This study used a quantitative, observational, and retrospective systematic review method, subject to a critical classification, using the GRADE evaluation system to recognize the level of evidence, found in the following databases: PubMed, Epistemonikos, ScienceDirect, ResearchGate. Thirty articles were reviewed, of which 10 original articles were selected, 20% (n = 2/10) are meta-analyses, 10% (n = 1/10) is a systematic review, 30% (n = 3/10) are randomized controlled trials, and 40% (n = 4/10) are quasi-experimental studies. According to the results obtained from the systematic review conducted in this study, the articles come from the countries of China (70%), followed by Spain (20%) and Australia (10%). Results: Furthermore, of the evidence found, 100% (n = 10/10) indicate that reminiscence therapy reduces depressive symptoms and cognitive functions in older adults. Results: According to results obtained from the 10 articles of which they were systematically reviewed, 100% of which are of high quality 50% point out that cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective than interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 40% mention that cognitive behavioral therapy is similar to interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 10% point out that interpersonal psychotherapy is more effective than cognitive behavioral therapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. Conclusions: taking into account that 100% of the articles are of high quality, there is not enough evidence to affirm that one of these therapies is better in addressing depression; However, cognitive behavioral psychotherapy could be recommended due to its proven effectiveness.Publicación Acceso abierto Tratamiento Psicoterapéutico en la Formación del educando utilizando Tecnologías de la Información y Comunicación en estudiantes universitarios en PosPandemia-2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-30) Toscano Mosquipa, Aida Gladys Jenny; Vásquez Tomás, Melba RitaLa investigación tuvo como base de estudio el tratamiento psicoterapéutico por medio de las tecnologías de la información (TIC) en estudiantes universitarios en formación en pandemia y pospandemia COVID-19, cuyos procedimientos psicoterapéuticos se realizaron según los protocolos clínicos, evitando la presencialidad, por temor a más contagios. Se observó cómo los alumnos universitarios se adaptaron a nuevas metodologías pedagógicas y de tratamientos psicoterapéuticos, se atisbó síntomas psicológicos y/o comportamentales como: ansiedad, ataque de pánico, trastornos de adaptación, angustia, bloqueos cognitivos con la disminución de la atención, concentración, por lo cual fueron derivados por presentar merma en su rendimiento académico y en algunos casos deserción académica. La pregunta de investigación busco dar respuesta a como se adaptaron los estudiantes universitarios en formación al tratamiento psicoterapéutico utilizando las (TIC) en época de pandemia y pospandemia. Se analizo los paradigmas arraigados de los estudiantes universitarios frente al tratamiento psicoterapéutico a través de las (TIC). Los objetivos a nivel general fueron describir la adaptación y efectos del tratamiento psicoterapéutico en estudiantes en su vida universitaria y desempeño académico por medio de las (TIC). Se detalló cuál es el sentir de los universitarios en formación, sobre el procedimiento psicoterapéutico, que abarco evaluación, diagnóstico y tratamiento por medio de las TIC. La información versada por los alumnos universitarios en formación fue procesada con el programa de ATLAS. Ti, analizando los datos e identificando ideas profundas, se realizó la codificación, lo cual llevo a la investigación a la cavilación del contenido.
