Ítem Acceso abierto Enzymatic effect of detergents diluted with tap water vs soft water in cleaning instruments(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Reisman Remuzgo, Delicia Mercedes; Gómez Gonzales, Walter EdgarObjective: Establish the enzymatic effect of detergent dilutions: Soft water vs tap water in cleaning hospital instruments. Material and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to full-text articles, the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify their degree of evidence. Results: In the final selection, 08 articles were chosen, we found that 60% correspond to Brazil, with 20% we find Cuba, and finally with 10% Mexico and Venezuela respectively. The investigations were experimental and a corresponding systematic review. 62.5% of scientific production comes from Brazil, while Mexico, Cuba and Venezuela constitute 12.5% each. Of the total number of articles analyzed, 30% affirm that the conditions and quality of water are important for adequate cleaning processes and other procedures related to health, 30% are related to the properties, characteristics and conditions in which enzymes exert adequate performance. Finally, 40% were related to the processes and interventions that revolve around the use of enzymatic detergents. Conclusions: The use of soft water in the dilution of the enzymatic detergent maintains the properties and chemical activity of the enzymes efficiently, allowing their action against organic matter.Ítem Acceso abierto Occupational risk in the nursing staff of the central sterilization service of the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo Essalud hospital, Chiclayo – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-29) Chavesta Labrin, Yuliana Gissela; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoThe purpose of this research study is to determine the level of occupational risk in the nursing staff who work in the Central Sterilization service of the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo Hospital, Essalud, Chiclayo 2021. This research will be applicative, quantitative, with a descriptive and cross-sectional method; with a population and census sample of 28 people, who are part of the nursing staff (technicians and nurses) of the Central Sterilization service of the Almanzor Aguinaga Asenjo Hospital, Essalud. The survey will be used as a technique; In addition, we will use a questionnaire whose answers are given dichotomously, which presents a modified Likert-type scale, which will be worked on after informed consent. To measure the level of occupational risk in nursing staff, the questionnaire created and validated by researchers Escobar Gonzales, Dania and Vargas Vargas, Rebeca will be used; instrument composed of 33 items in five dimensions, biological, chemical, physical, psychosocial, and ergonomic risk. This research has a high reliability on the Kunder Richardson rating scale of 0.816. The results will be studied and analyzed statistically and presented in a didactic manner using tables or figures.Ítem Acceso abierto Occupational risk in the nursing staff of the SISOL Salud hospital of San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima-2019(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-10-29) Chuje Ahuanari, Luz Arminda; Gonzales Saldaña, Susan HaydeeObjective: The purpose of the research is to determine the presence of Occupational Risk in the nursing staff of the Sisol Salud hospital in San Juan de Lurigancho Lima -2019. Materials and methods: it is a quantitative study, descriptive and cross-sectional. The population consisted of 64 nursing personnel. The data collection instrument used was the questionnaire on occupational risk in the nursing staff of the Sisol Salud hospital in San Juan de Lurigancho, Lima-2019, which is made up of 39 items. Results: Regarding the occupational risk of nursing staff, 40 (62.5%) of the respondents present occupational risk and 24 (37.5%) of the respondents do not present occupational risk. The dimension that presents a higher percentage is the ergonomic risk dimension with 71.9% and a lower percentage is the chemical risk dimension with 48.5%. Conclusions: the predominant occupational risk in nursing staff is if they present risk and much lower, they do not present risk. Regarding the dimensions, the one that presents a higher percentage of occupational risk is ergonomic risk and the one that presents a lower percentage of risk is chemical risk.
