The data were analyzed according to thedescriptive statistical method. According to the results obtained, 44% of the motherssurveyed had low ability to cope with stress. In addition, it was possible to determine that, evidence was found with respect to the dimension Method used, 42% of the motherspresented low capacity to cope with stress, in relation to the dimension Focus of response,44% of the mothers presented a low capacity of coping and finally in relation to thedimension mobilized activity, 40% of mothers had a low coping capacity. Concluding in thisresearch, it is more evident that the mothers in general and in relation to the dimensions, showed a low capacity to cope with stress.

Effectiveness of gastric lavage in newborns with meconium-stained amniotic fluid.
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-07-08) Velásquez Ojeda, Jennifer; Calsin Pacompia, Wilmer
Objective: To analyze the available evidence from studies carried out on the effectiveness of gastric lavage in newborns with meconium amniotic fluid. Material and method: The study had a systematic review design. The instrument was the Pubmed, Medline and ElSevier database. The population consisted of 40 scientific articles and the sample of 10. 90% of the studies were quantitative and designed randomized clinical trials and 10% were qualitative and systematic review designed. The evidence analysis technique was through the GRADE method. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 80% show that gastric lavage is not effective nor is it recommended as a routine practice in newborns with vigorous meconium amniotic fluid, 10% show that gastric lavage is effective and promotes tolerance to feeding and the final 10% shows that gastric lavage favors recovery. Conclusions: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 8/10 evidence that gastric lavage is not effective, the next 1/10 evidence that gastric lavage is not effective and the final 1/10 evidence that it is effective in the recovery of newborns. born with vigorous meconium amniotic fluid.

Effectiveness of pulse oximetry for the detection of congenital heart disease in newborns.
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-01-27) Navarro Lima, Patricia; Bonilla Asalde, César Antonio
This systematic review analyzes and systematizes evidence on the effectiveness of pulse oximetry for detecting congenital heart diseases in newborns. It synthesizes the results of multiple studies that addressed specific clinical practice questions. A total of 10 articles were reviewed, and the outcome showed 100% effectiveness. The conclusion is that pulse oximetry is a simple, cost-effective, and non-invasive technique for detecting congenital heart diseases.

Effectiveness of therapeutic cooling in the decrease of complications in the neonate with ischemical hypxical- encephalopathy
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-08-04) Aparcana Palacios, Ada María; Matta Solis, Hernán Hugo
Objective: To systematize the effectiveness of therapeutic cooling in reducing complications in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Material and Methods: A quantitative observational and retrospective systematic review, carried out with an elective evaluation using the Grade method to identify the level of evidence, located in the various data sources: PubMed, Scielo, Cochrane Library and Elsevier. Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 40% (n = 4/10) are systematic reviews, 10% (n = 1/10) are retrospective studies and 10% (n = 1/10) are randomized trials, 10% (n = 1/10) case-control studies, 10% (n = 1/10) prospective multicenter cohort trial, 10% (n = 1/10) longitudinal non-experimental study, 20% (n = 2/10) are observational cohort studies. According to the effects obtained in the systematic review carried out in the current study, they derive from the countries of Spain (20%), followed by the United States (20%), Australia (10%), France (10%), London (10%), Uruguay (10%), Colombia (10%), Canada (10%) Results: Consequently, of the findings found, 100% (n = 10/10) indicate that therapeutic cooling is effective as a treatment to reduce complications in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy. Conclusion: Therapeutic cooling is effective as a treatment to reduce complications in newborns with hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy.

Efficacy of neonatal screening in the detection of congenital diseases of the newborn.
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-08-12) Contreras Perez, Silvia Marisol|Chung Pinedo, Lesly; Calsin Pacompia, Wilmer
The study type is a Quantitative Systematic Review, constituted by a population of 39 articles, with a selected sample of 10. The instruments used were databases such as Epistemonikos, Scielo, Cochrane Plus, Pubmed, Medline, Cochrane Library, British Medical Journal, PubMed, Lancet, Wiley Online Library. The GRADE system was used for the quality of evidence. The sample of our systematic review consisted of 10 articles, all of which (100%) responded to our objective of systematizing and analyzing the evidence on the effectiveness of neonatal screening for the detection of congenital diseases in newborns. All of our articles (100%) demonstrate the effectiveness of neonatal screening in the detection of congenital diseases in newborns.

EFICACIA DE LA LACTANCIA MATERNA EN EL CONTROL DEL DOLOR EN EL RECIÉN NACIDO
(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017) Caldas Coronado, Wendy Elizabeth; Mg. Bonilla Asaldre, Cesar
