Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of a psychoeducation program to reduce relapse in patients with schizophrenia.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-02-29) Arismendi Cortez, Rosa Amalia; Espinoza Zapata, María Victoria; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: To systematize the evidence regarding the effectiveness of a psychoeducation program to reduce relapse in patients with schizophrenia. Materials and Methods: Retrospective, observational, quantitative systematic review, subjected to analytical compilation, using the Grade evaluation system to establish the level of evidence, located in the following databases: PubMed, ResearchGate, Open Access, Elsevier, and Epistemonikos. Of the 10 articles selected and systematically reviewed, 100% were of high quality as described below: 90% of high quality and 10% of moderate quality as described below: 40% (n=4/10) are systematic reviews, 50% (n=5/10) are randomized controlled trials, and 10% (n=1/10) are cohorts. According to the results obtained from the systematic review conducted in this research, the countries represented are China (40%), France (20%), England (10%), Colombia (10%), Australia (10%), and Italy (20%). Results: In this way, based on the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) (16-25) indicate that the psychoeducation program is effective in reducing relapse in patients with schizophrenia. Conclusion: The psychoeducation program is effective in reducing relapse in patients with schizophrenia.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of directly observed treatment in increasing cure rates and reducing abandonment and relapse in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and positive bacilloscopy(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-12-14) Morales Maguiña, Mercedes Gladys; Mendoza Ramirez, Lucia Vilma; Bonilla Asalde, César AntonioObjective: Systematize the evidence about directly observed treatment to increase cure rates, reduce dropouts and relapses, in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Materials and Methods: Systematic review, compiled and analyzed based on studies published in internet search engines such as: PUBMED, SCIELO, GOOGLE ACADÉMICO, EMBASE. Guaranteeing the quality and strength of the research, suggested according to the GRADE system. Results: Articles that provide reliable products were selected, taking into account the authenticity of the studies reviewed, extracting crucial information. The research is mostly synthesis of evidence and meta-analysis. 10 articles were chosen, 20% of the research corresponded to the USA, 10% to Argentina, 10% to Australia, 10% to the United Kingdom, 10% to China, 10% to India, 10% to Brazil, 10% to Nigeria and 10% Taiwan. 60% of the studies carried out demonstrate that directly observed treatment ensures cure, to this is added nursing counseling and its constant monitoring that prevents abandonment and possible relapse in patients with tuberculosis. Conclusion. 60% of the studies demonstrate the effectiveness of directly observed treatment to increase cure rates, reduce dropouts and relapses, in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis with copy-positive bacilli.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of sublingual immunotherapy in asthma patients for reducing exacerbations(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-12-16) Guevara Macedo, Cynthia Paola; Meza Paima, Carlos Rodolfo; Calsin Pacompia, WilmerThe type of research of this study was quantitative with a systematic review design. The population was made up of 27 studies and the sample was made up of 10 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases. After the systemic review, it is concluded that 10 of the 10 articles show that sublingual immunotherapy is effective and safe in patients with asthma, reduces exacerbations, improves bronchial hypersensitivity, produces sustained symptomatic clinical improvement and reduces the use of medication. It is shown that it has been a feasible treatment, it reduces attendance at emergency services, hospital admissions, and improves quality of life.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of glycine versus distilled water to reduce hydroelectrolyte disorders in patients undergoing transurethral resection(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-08-05) Lugarte Caballero, Giner Valentin; Revatta Beingolea, Hilda; Rivera Lozada de Bonilla, OrianaThe objective of the research is to systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of glycine versus distilled water to reduce hydroelectrolyte disorders in patients undergoing transurethral resection (TUR). 10 scientific articles were reviewed, including controlled, randomized, cohort, case-control, and experimental trials. 50% evidence was found that irrigated patients present hyponatremia, being less with distilled water, 10% evidence that the use of distilled water reduces perioperative hypothermia and tremors, 10% demonstrates in a comparison of the absorption of irrigation fluids (saline solution ) used during rtu, is a non-significant percentage. 10% conclude that glycine solution increases the transparency of the optics, compared to distilled water, 10% demonstrate that irrigation with water in preventing the recurrence of non-muscle invasive bladder cancer is as effective as mitomycin, 10 % conclude that distilled water is an effective solution as an irrigant in procedures such as percutaneous nephrolithotomy. Concluding that both distilled water and glycine produce hydroelectrolyte disorders when used as irrigant in rtu, where the differences are not statistically significant.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of physical exercise in cardiac rehabilitation in post-myocardial infarction patients(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Morales Aguinaga, Gisella Teresa; Velasquez De La Cruz, Soledad Consuelo; Gómez Gonzales, Walter EdgarThis research is a Systematic Review with an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. It is observational because there is no intervention on the variables subject to measurement of the sample. Results: Cardiac rehabilitation focused on secondary prevention, on the reduction of cardiac risk, as well as on the recurrence of cardiac events and heart attacks. , which contributes to the quality of life and the reduction of mortality by 25%. Conclusions: The total of 05 articles systematically reviewed, 100% (n=5/5) evidence that physical exercise is effective for rehabilitation cardiac in post patients.
