Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed, 40% (n=4/10) are systematic reviews, 60% (n=6/10) are randomized controlled trials. According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study; They come from Singapore (20%), Germany (20%), Norway (10%), Holland (10%), Taiwan (10%), Turkey (10%), China (10%) and Mexico (10%) . Results: Of the evidence found, 100% (n=10/10) indicate that music therapy is effective in improving depressive symptoms in psychiatric patients. Materials and Methods: This work is a systematic review study, obtaining evidence from various primary studies where there is more information and better quality. It is applied in evidence-based nursing, due to its meticulous method, recognizing significant work to provide concrete answers to clinical practice. The selected scientific articles underwent a rigorous review using the Grade system, thus assigning the strength of recommendation. Results: Of the 10 articles reviewed, it is shown that 10% (n=01/10) is a descriptive study, 40% (n=04/10) are systematic reviews, on the other hand 20% (n=02 /10) are randomized controlled clinical trials, while 30% (n=03/10) are quasi-experimental studies. Likewise, 100% of the articles indicate that psychosocial rehabilitation is effective in the functioning and social reintegration of patients with serious mental disorders. Conclusions: It is concluded that the 10 articles reviewed demonstrate that psychosocial rehabilitation is effective in functioning and social reintegration in patients with serious mental disorders, reducing relapses, improving adherence to treatment, demonstrating clinical evolution and allowing patients to reintegrate into life. society in an early and timely manner.Ítem Acceso abierto Effectiveness of psychosocial rehabilitation in the recovery in adults with schizophrenia(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-03-08) Correa Rodríguez, Maribel Cristina; Casas Roman, Sol De Maria; Matta Solis, Hernán HugoTo systematize the evidence of the effectiveness of psychosocial rehabilitation in adults with schizophrenia. Material and method: A compilation of 10 investigations was made, among which there are systematic reviews, meta-analysis, randomized controlled trials and case-control studies published in different databases such as PubMed, Epistemonikos, Scielo; which were published in English. Results: Of the 10 evidences, the research design belongs to systematic review and meta-analysis 40% (4/10), 30% (3/10) randomized controlled trials, systematic review 10% (1/10), 10% (1/10) case-control study, 10% (1/10) correlational. Therefore, 80% of the evidence is of high quality, 10% of medium quality and the other 10% of low quality. Based on all the studies reviewed, it can be said that 100% (10/10) of the evidence found indicated that psychosocial rehabilitation interventions in the recovery of adults with schizophrenia demonstrate efficacy and should be considered as an important part of the standard treatment of this disease. Conclusions: From the research reviewed in this work, it was concluded that the 10 articles presented demonstrated the effectiveness of psychosocial rehabilitation in the recovery of adults with schizophrenia.
