The research employed a cross-sectional design and was also descriptive, quantitative, and correlational. The study population consisted of 70 different nurses. The survey technique was chosen, with the questionnaire as the instrument. It was found that there is a relationship between burnout syndrome and job performance through Spearman's correlation factor, which was Rho = -0.302. These results indicate the presence of a negative connection between both variables, which, since they are inversely proportional, suggests that improvement in job performance is likely to occur after the absence of burnout syndrome. The results led the researchers to conclude that there is a connection between burnout syndrome and overall job performance. Similarly, 1.4% (1) of the respondents from a private clinic in Lima had a high presence of burnout syndrome, 91.4% (64) had a medium level, and 7.1% (5) had a low level. On the other hand, 54.3% (38) had excellent job performance, 44.3% (31) had good job performance, and 1.4% (1) had poor job performance.Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout Syndrome and job performance in nurses at a hospital in the de los hospitals de EsSalud, Ica - 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-04-16) Ramos Saravia, Cinthya Stephany; Arevalo Marcos, Rodolfo AmadoThe objective of this research project is to identify the relationship between the level of Burnout Syndrome and job performance in nurses at a hospital in the de los hospitals de EsSalud, Ica -2023.
