This study is quantitative, non-experimental approach, whose instrument that will be used will be the Maternal Role Adoption Scale by authors Garrido and Marchan. This research will be carried out in accordance with the principles of bioethics: autonomy, beneficence, non-maleficence and justice. Therefore, the participants will be informed pertinently about the research to be carried out and informed consent will be presented to them. IBM SPSS v25.0 Software will be used for statistical processing. That is why the objective of this research is; determine the level of early contact of the newborn in the neonatology service in a maternal and child center, Lima, 2019. Regarding the study methodology, the type is descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental design, we will work with a population of 92 mothers, also being a minimum amount, we will work with the 92 mothers as a sample. Regarding the instruments, an observation sheet consisting of 14 items will be used. They all demonstrate the effectiveness of evidence-based educational interventions to increase the level of knowledge and improve healthy practices for the prevention of intestinal parasitosis in children: they are usually educational interventions aimed at teachers, parents and school children taught to through educational talks, demonstration sessions, posters, videos, brochures, etc. on specific topics of parasites signs, symptoms and their prevention. Educational programs with teaching resources such as videos, social dramas and workshops achieve a positive effect in improving knowledge related to healthy practices and habits such as; hand washing, nail trimming, personal hygiene, environmental hygiene and proper disposal of excreta. The nurse plays an important role in the education of children at school. Material and methods: The focus of the study was quantitative and the design is non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional. The sample was 70 first-time mothers taken for convenience. The technique was the survey and the data collection instrument was the questionnaire. Results: Regarding the knowledge obtained from first-time mothers regarding breastfeeding, 25.7% had low knowledge, and 51.4% had intermediate knowledge. Regarding beliefs and myths, 90.6% believe that it is shameful to breastfeed in public, in terms of attitude. 22.9% adopt an unfavorable attitude, 51.4% adopt a doubtful attitude and 25.7% a favorable attitude with which we could say an attitude of disposition of love prevails. Conclusions: breastfeeding is suffering from inconsequentiality, the level of insufficient knowledge, deep-rooted beliefs that minimize the great protein value, which are in direct relation to the benefits that could be given, and good attitudes of attachment disposition prevail. The sample will consist of 50 relatives of patients admitted to the service, who meet the inclusion criteria. The instrument will be used: the Inventory of Needs and Stressors of Family Members in Intensive Care (INEFCI) questionnaire, which is valid (0.74) and reliable (0.77) according to Spearman Brown. The instrument evaluates what the needs are according to four dimensions: Information, Security, Proximity/Social Support and Comfort. The information obtained will allow the implementation of a care protocol aimed at family members, since according to the new approaches they have needs that demand attention; Proposing an open-door ICU could be considered by some to be of little benefit to health personnel, but this measure, on the contrary, provides benefits to the patient and their family. Material and methods: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using the GRADE evaluation to identify their level of evidence. In the final selection, 10 articles were chosen, we found that 30% (3) correspond to Spain, 30% (3) to Brazil, (2) 20%, Mexico, and (2) 20% to Colombia respectively. The Spanish studies have been: cross-sectional descriptive study (1), qualitative (1), and (1) systematic review, from Brazil (1) systematic review, (1) exploratory study, (1) descriptive study; in Mexico (1) exploratory study, (1) descriptive cross-sectional study and in Colombia (1) systematic review and (1) quantitative qualitative study. Of the total articles analyzed, 90% identify specific skills and competencies to exercise the supervisory role in nursing. Results: All the articles reviewed systematically point to effective communication as a valuable tool to transmit knowledge and improve performance. They also mention transformational and relational leadership, teamwork, decision making, negotiation and being decisive as skills. important. Materials and methods: The study according to its tendency was quantitative, according to its orientation it was applied, according to the time of occurrence of the events investigated it was prospective, according to its period and the sequence of the data it was transversal and according to its analysis and scope of its results It was descriptive, while the study was unpublished. Results: Quality of life in Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis was moderately healthy in a little less than half (45.24%) and in a little more than half (54.55%) respectively. The dimensions in HD and DIPAC, in Physical Function, Body Pain, Emotional Role and Mental Health, in both treatments the quality of life is moderately healthy in a little more than half (52%), the General Health and Function dimensions Social quality of life is moderately healthy, a little more than half (57%) and a little less than half (41%) respectively. Conclusion: The statistical hypothesis is confirmed. To meet the objectives, the Modified Maternal Stress scale will be applied. This scale is supported by the Likert measure of 4 scores, which starts from 1 (no stress) to 4 (exaggerated stress). It consists of 4 sublevels that evaluate the degree of stress of mothers regarding: the NICU unit, condition and behavior of the baby, maternal role, relationship with the health team. Which will be applied to all mothers of newborns hospitalized in the neonatal intensive care unit during the research study period.
