Immunization is a fundamental part of the human right to good health. Vaccination prevents death between 2 to 3 million people each year according to the global action plan. Materials and Methods: Research approach and design. The present study has a quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, descriptive cross-sectional, since it allows the research to be shown completely acquired in a given time and space. Population, Sample and Sampling: The population was organized by 100 mothers of children under twelve months of age who belong to the Broad Immunization program. Material and Method: The method that will be used in this research will be the Hypothetical deductive method, the study presents a quantitative, Correlational approach, non-experimental design. The population of the present study will be made up of 50 hospitalized post-operative conventional surgery patients. Objective: Determine the relationship between knowledge and practices of adolescent mothers about breastfeeding in health facilities of the DIRIS Lima Centro, 2022 Methodology: Corresponds to a quantitative approach, basic type, correlational level, deductive method, non-experimental cross-sectional design. The sample will be made up of 80 adolescent mothers who attend DIRIS Lima Centro health facilities, during the months of August, September and October of 2022. In addition, the inclusion criteria will be pregnant mothers who attend the Santa Rosa Health Center. of Lima, Villa María Perpetuo Socorro Health Center and Rescate Health Post, pregnant adolescent mothers from 14 to 17 years of age, adolescent mothers who speak Spanish, and adolescent mothers whose parents have signed the informed consent, which will endorse their participation in the research. To collect the information, the survey will be used and the instrument will be the questionnaire. Therefore, the participants will have to answer the questionnaire adapted from Obregón's research carried out in 2018. Material and methods: The methodological approach used was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and descriptive. The sample was 114 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months of age with anemia, being selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research. To measure sociodemographic and family characteristics, the Family Technical Sheet instrument was used, which includes 17 items grouped into 3 dimensions. A pilot test was carried out on 20 mothers, to demonstrate its reliability and validity.
