Ítem Acceso abierto Workload and satisfaction of the nurse in the intensive care unit of a public hospital, in times of the covid 19 pandemic in Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-06-26) Vera López, Victoria Esther; Cabrera Espezua, Jeannelly PaolaObjective: To determine the relationship between workload and satisfaction of nurses in the intensive care unit of a public hospital, during the COVID 19 pandemic in the city of Lima. Methodology: The study will have a quantitative approach, of an applied type, and of a non-experimental, descriptive, and correlational design. The representative sample of the study will be made up of 113 nurses who provide service in the intensive care area of a public hospital. Data Collection Technique and Instruments: The data collection technique corresponds to the so-called survey, which will be executed at a single or unique time, using the instruments called Nursing Activities Score and Font-Roja Questionnaire, which present a Cronbach's Alpha equivalent to 0.90, and 0.80, for the treatment of the workload and satisfaction variables respectively. Procedures: The collection of the data obtained will be carried out for a period of 02 months. Once the data has been collected, it will be organized in Excel for quality control and corresponding organization; it will then be exported to SPSS software version 25.0. Statistical Analysis: For descriptive evaluation, frequency tables, central tendency calculations, and dispersion and graphical representations will be developed.
