Publicación Acceso abierto Gestión de procesos y autoevaluación de las instituciones prestadoras de servicios de salud de la Microred Yanaoca – Cusco 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2025-03-28) Peñalva Saji, Yeny; Loayza Alarico, Manuel JesúsObjective: Demonstrate the relationship between process management and self assessment in the IPRESS of the Yanaoca – Cusco – 2024 microgrid. Material and Method: It is a hypothetical, deductive study, with a Quantitative approach, Applied, correlational, descriptive, non-experimental and Cross-sectional. The study population is eleven institutions providing health services, the “Quality Management” tools (Prioritization Matrix, Flow Charts, Gantt Chart and Process Map) were used to determine the Process Management variable and for Self-Assessment. The procedures detailed in “Ministerial Resolution No. 095-2012/MINSA” were applied. Results: The three phases of Process management were implemented 100% and their level of performance in the Yanaoca Microgrid was Acceptable with 72,36%, the managerial processes achieved an acceptable performance (68,56%), the missional ones a Good Performance (75,68 %) and those of Support for Acceptable performance (72,84%), the only IPRESS that achieved efficient performance in the implementation of process management is Yanaoca (88,20%). The performance level of the Self-assessment in the Yanaoca Microgrid is Acceptable (63%), no IPRESS achieved efficient performance. A high and positive correlation was obtained between Process Management and Self-assessment with a Rho value of 0,813; The correlation between Processes (Managerial, Missional, Supportive) and Self-Evaluation is high and positive with a Rho value of 0,722; 0,826 and 0,830 respectively. Conclusions: A high and positive significant relationship was demonstrated between Process Management and Self-evaluation in the IPRESS of the Yanaoca Microgrid, meeting the objectives of the study.
