Diseño metodológico: El tipo de investigación será aplicada. Diseño será observacional, descriptivo correlacional, prospectivo y transversal, población estará constituida por 24 enfermera, se utilizó dos Instrumentos: para evaluar las variables “Gestión administrativo” se utilizará el cuestionario confiable aplicando Alpha de Crombach de 0.826 y para evaluar la variable “Calidad de Servicio” se aplicará el cuestionario mediante Alpha de Crombach con índice de 0,888. La técnica de recolección de datos será la encuesta. El procesamiento estadístico y análisis de datos será mediante la prueba de normalidad de (KS) tomando como referencia el valor (P=<0>005). With the arrival of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, it could be stressful for the entire population and even more so for health personnel. Objective: Determine the level of work stress of the nursing staff at the Surgical Center of the Barranca Cajatambo Hospital. Methodology: A descriptive, non-experimental cross-sectional study will be carried out. The study population will be made up of 32 people considered to be technicians and nurses who work in a surgical center, to whom Maslach's Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire will be applied as an instrument, according to 3 dimensions: Emotional exhaustion, Depersonalization and personal fulfillment . Methodology: the study will have a quantitative, applied approach, the design will be cross-sectional observational. The representative sample is 59 nursing coordinators, the sampling is non-probabilistic for convenience. Techniques and Instruments for Data Collection: The applied technique is the survey, the instrument is the questionnaire with 30 items to evaluate the three dimensions, validated by expert judgments and for the reliability of the instrument, Cronbach's Alpha was used with a 0.913 of high reliability. Procedure: To collect data, it is organized with the Excel program, then it will be exported in the statistical software SPSS version 26.Ítem Acceso abierto Transformational leadership and administrative management by the heads of nursing services of the Arzobispo Loayza National Hospital, Lima, 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-20) Martinez Arevalo, Liliana Victoriana; Pretell Aguilar, Rosa MariaObjective: “Determine the relationship that exists between transformational leadership and administrative management carried out by the heads of nursing services.” Population will be: ninety-six heads of nursing services who work at the Loayza Hospital. The sample: will be made up of 96 head nurses, non-probabilistic sampling will be applied, for convenience. The methodology will have a quantitative approach, applied type and observational, descriptive, correlational, prospective and transversal design. Instruments: to evaluate the variable “Transformational Leadership”, the Bass Transformational Leadership questionnaire will be applied, adapted by Rodríguez in 2016, reliable through the CronBach Alpha obtained of 0.955 and to evaluate the variable “Administrative Management” the Nursing Services Management Questionnaire, designed by López in 2019, reliable through the CronBach Alpha obtained from 0.949. The technique for data collection will be the survey. Data processing and analysis: It will be carried out through the application of the statistical description that will be presented according to levels of results and inferential statistics through the application of the Pearson Correlation coefficient to verify the hypothesis raised in this research.
