Material and method: The research responds to the hypothetical, deductive and analytical method, it has a quantitative approach, applied, descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional design, the population that constitutes it makes a total of 900 users with terminal oncological diseases who enter the Palliative Medicine and Pain Treatment service of a Specialized Institute, from this a sample of 166, the survey technique was used and the instrument is the Likert scale, which describes the presentation, instructions, sociodemographic characteristics and the family satisfaction questionnaire that consists of 14 items and the quality of life questionnaire of 24 items, their content validity was made and submitted to expert judgment, reliability was found by applying Cronbach's Alpha coefficient, obtaining a value of 0.85 for the Family Satisfaction Instrument and for the Quality of Life Instrument, it was obtained a reliability of 0.86. Es así que se basa en la empatía y la comunicación eficaz, tanto con el personal de salud y los usuarios, es fundamental para mejorar su calidad de vida. Objetivo: “Determinar como la percepción del cuidado humanizado se correlaciona con la satisfacción del enfermo con cáncer de un hospital nacional”. Métodos: Es un trabajo cuantitativo, observacional, transversal y correlacional. El universo poblacional de estudio son 85 pacientes oncológicos, se enumerarán criterios de elegibilidad con la finalidad de disminuir y controlar el sesgo en la información. Los instrumentos serán PCHE y de satisfacción. Health institutions use the evaluation of patient satisfaction as an indicator to increase the expectations of patients in order to guarantee the best acceptance in care and good satisfaction in cancer patients in the emergency service. OBJECTIVE: To determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of satisfaction in cancer patients in the emergency service of the National Institute of Neoplastic Diseases, Lima 2022. MATERIALS AND METHODS: The research method is hypothetical deductive, approach quantitative, type of basic research, non-experimental, cross-sectional research design, correlational descriptive level. The technique for data collection will be the survey for both variables. The instrument to be used will be quality of nursing care and consists of 39 items, corresponding to the Likert scale from 1 to 3. The present research will have a quantitative approach, in terms of the methodological design it is a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental research. The population will consist of 100 nurses who work with cancer patients selected within the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in this research. One of these inclusion criteria is: that they work with cancer patients for more than a year and one of the exclusion criteria is: It will be that they are atheists or agnostics. The technique to be used will be the survey, to measure the level of spiritual well-being, the spiritual well-being scale of Paloutzian and Ellison (1982) adapted by Salgado (2012) will be used as an instrument, which evaluates spiritual well-being and two religious and existential dimensions. It consists of 21 items (11 to know the level of religious well-being and 10 to know the level of existential well-being).
