A study with a quantitative, correlational, prospective and cross-sectional type was carried out, the sample consisted of 200 users selected in a simple random probabilistic manner. For the data collection, the survey technique was applied, the instrument for the quality of health care was a questionnaire prepared with a Likert scale (Alpha de Crombach, α 0 = 0.88), in the same way for Attitude (Crombach's Alpha, α 0 = 0.71). As descriptive results, it was obtained that 98.5% (197) of the users perceive a high level of quality of health care, while the average level obtained 1.5% (3) and none at a low level, while the Attitude against vaccination it is of indifference 62% (124), acceptance 38% (76) and rejection 0% (0). And as inferential results, it was obtained that if there is a significant relationship between the quality of health care and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.226 and p = 0.01 (p <0.05), determining a considerable positive correlation, as the second inferential result if There is a significant relationship between the Technical dimension and the user's attitude towards vaccination, statistically Rho = 0.202 and p = 0.004 (p <0.05), considering a positive correlation, as the third inferential result if there is a significant relationship between the Human dimension and the attitude of the user against vaccination at the international vaccination center Medical & Health, Abril 2020. Statistically Rho = 0.230 and p = 0.001 (p <0.05), resulting in a positive mean correlation, as a fourth result there is no significant relationship between the dimension of the environment and the user attitude towards vaccination, Statistically Rho = 0.088 and p = 0.214 (p <0.05) enc finding negative correlation. To determine the relationship between the health personnel's job satisfaction and the quality of care provided to the external user of the Diagnostic Imaging Division in the PNP National Hospital Luis N. Sáenz. Methodology. An explanatory and correlational study was carried out with a quantitative approach. 71 workers and external users of the Diagnostic Imaging Division were surveyed. The health personnel's job satisfaction was evaluated based on “Escala de Opiniones SL-SPC” by Palma (2005), which consists of seven dimensions. The quality of care reported by users was assessed using an instrument drawn from the scale proposed by Torres (2008) and the Quality Management System Document of the Peruvian Ministry of Health (2006), which consists of three dimensions. Descriptive statistics were used to characterize health personnel and external users, and the Pearson Chi square test was used to determine the association between job satisfaction and quality of care. Results. The study did not show a statistically significant association between overall job satisfaction and quality of care (p> 0.05). Conclusion. The health personnel's job satisfaction is not related to the quality of care provided to the external user in the Diagnostic Imaging Division of the PNP National Hospital, Luis N. Sáenz. It is important to implement strategies that improve job satisfaction in these personnel and would also improve the quality of care provided to the external user.Publicación Acceso abierto Sobrecarga laboral relacionado con el desempeño de enfermería en el área de emergencia de un hospital nacional del seguro social – 2023(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2023-04-21) Palomino Quispe, Vilma Yobana; Maguiña Palma, Misael EriksonWork overload is a problem that has constantly dented the health sector, being one of the most affected the nursing staff of medical institutions, for 2016, there was an increase of 41% in deaths due to heart disease related to the excess working hours, for 2019-2021 the COVID-19 pandemic, exhibited the critical health situation throughout the world, increasing the work overload of nursing staff.
