Results: According to results obtained from the 10 articles of which they were systematically reviewed, 100% of which are of high quality 50% point out that cognitive behavioral therapy is more effective than interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 40% mention that cognitive behavioral therapy is similar to interpersonal psychotherapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. 10% point out that interpersonal psychotherapy is more effective than cognitive behavioral therapy in reducing depressive disorders in psychiatric patients. Conclusions: taking into account that 100% of the articles are of high quality, there is not enough evidence to affirm that one of these therapies is better in addressing depression; However, cognitive behavioral psychotherapy could be recommended due to its proven effectiveness.Ítem Acceso abierto Efficacy of manual washing versus automatic washing in the disinfection of surgical instruments(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 1905-07-09) Gonzaga Ramírez, Gladys Marlene; Yancul Carrillo, Elva Rosa; Gómez Gonzales, Walter EdgarObjective: Determine the effectiveness of manual washing versus automatic washing in the disinfection of surgical instruments. Material and methods: Systematic review that synthesizes the results of primary research. Like all systematic reviews, it is an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to its rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions in articles. Results: It was found that 50% of the articles consider that automated washing is more effective than manual washing; 16.67% of the articles found effectiveness in the sterilization of surgical instruments, when manual and automatic washing are combined; 16.67% found that one of the contributing effects to produce adverse effects is incorrect cleaning and/or disinfection and a similar percentage found that it is necessary to improve the quality of cleaning and disinfection in surgery rooms and measure the biological load by photoluminometry in instruments. reuse surgical Conclusions: Automatic washing is more effective than manual washing.Ítem Acceso abierto Use of adenosine versus calcium channel antagonists for the care of patients with supraventricular tachycardia in the emergency room(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2020-08-02) Castillo Lazo, Gilmer Eduardo; Soto López, Karla Alexandra; Fernández Rengifo, Werther FernandoObjective: Systematize the evidence on the use of adenosine compared to calcium channel antagonists in the treatment of supraventricular tachycardia in the emergency room. Material and methods: Algorithms were created and a search was carried out in the PubMed, Cochrane, TripdataBase and PlosOne metadata. Results: A total of 1915 studies were found and of them ten were included in the study. Two publications are from the United Kingdom, two from the USA, two from Australia, one belongs to Singapore, another to Uruguay, another from Germany, and the last from India. Conclusion: According to this review, the quality of the evidence is medium and high and the strength of the recommendation is high only in three articles reviewed. The seven studies affirm that the efficacy of adenosine and calcium channel blocker products are similar in effectiveness. Both medications differ in their side effects: Adenosine due to redness, nausea, chest pain and headache. Calcium channel antagonists have been shown to produce hypotension.
