    Oferta de servicios y satisfacción del usuario externo del servicio de radiología del Hospital Santa Rosa, Lima - Perú 2021.

    Objective: To determine the relationship between the supply of services and the satisfaction of the external user of the radiology service of Hospital Santa Rosa. Lima-Peru 2021. Method: Basic descriptive study of correlational level using a structured questionnaire on the Likert scale in 170 patients who underwent radiological procedures during the month of November 2021. The Rho de Spearman statistic was used (p <0, 05; Rho> 0.5; 95% CI). Results: 42.9% of those surveyed classified external user satisfaction as low, 38.8% medium and 18.2% high. The offer of services was classified as low level by 46.5%, medium level 34.1% and high level 19.4%. The technological dimension was perceived as low level by 45.9%, medium level by 35.3% and high level by 18.8%. The installed capacity dimension was perceived as low level by 46.5%, medium level by 34.7% and high level by 18.8%. The environment dimension was perceived as low level by 46.5%, medium level by 34.1% and high level by 19.4%. Conclusion: There is relationship between the offer of services and the satisfaction of the external user of the radiology service of the Santa Rosa hospital, Lima-Peru 2021.
