For this reason, the study aims to “determine the relationship between the quality of nursing care and the level of patient satisfaction in the emergency service of the Good Hope Clinic, Lima-2022.” The research method will be Hypothetical-deductive, the type will be applied, the proposed design will be Non-experimental, transversal and correlational. The population will consist of 280 patients and the sample will consist of 162 users who come to the Good Hope Clinic emergency service on the day. Two instruments will be applied; the “Nursing Care Quality Questionnaire” and the “CARE-Q Care Satisfaction Questionnaire” (Caring Assessment Questionnaire). To carry out the statistical part As part of the statistics, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov normality test will be carried out, to know if the Spearman Rho correlation test or Pearson's Chi square will be used.
