    Inteligencia emocional y habilidades metacognitivas en estudiantes de medicina humana de una universidad privada, 2021

    The general objective of the present study was to identify the relationship between emotional intelligence and metacognitive abilities in medicine interns from different universities in Human Medicine students at Norbert Wiener University, in the year 2021. A hypothetical deductive method was used, it was worked under A quantitative approach, of an applied type, under a non-experimental cross-sectional design, under a correlational descriptive level, was worked under a population of 84 participants, thus using a non-probabilistic census sample, however, two questionnaires were used as an instrument of data collection. As results were obtained, 66.3% of the participants consider that their emotional intelligence level is low and 33.8% of the participants consider that their emotional intelligence level is medium. Concluding that, it was possible to identify a relationship between emotional intelligence and metacognitive abilities in medicine interns from different universities in Human Medicine students from Norbert Wiener University, in the year 2021.
