Ítem Acceso abierto Self-care and lifestyles in times of COVID 19 of the health personnel of the Community Mental Health Centers of the Callao Region – 2022(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-12-18) Tasaico Pozo, Giannina Araselli; Gamarra Bustillos, CarlosIntroduction: Health personnel at Community Mental Health Centers are affected by the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, where physical, psychological and social self-care and lifestyles play an important role, therefore, carrying out activities Physical activities such as sports, medical care with disease prevention control, healthy eating habits, recreation using free time appropriately and adequate sleep hygiene are key pieces to achieving adequate physical and mental health Objective: Establish what is the relationship between self-care and lifestyles in times of COVID 19 of the health personnel of the Community Mental Health Centers of the Callao 2022 Region. Methods: The research method is hypothetical-deductive, since it is based on the observation of what is going to be studied, creation of the hypothesis to be able to explain it, deduction of consequences or more basic propositions from the hypothesis itself and verification of the truth of what is deduced with a comparison based on experience. This method forces the researcher to make use of rational reflection with an observation of reality.
