    Anxiety and work performance in nursing staff in times of COVID 19 in the Cañete health network - Yauyos, 2021

    Nursing professionals are regularly exposed to many of the usual stressors of administrative and daily care tasks, for which it has been determined to measure the level of each variable, through the Hamilton Anxiety Scale, which refers to manifestations neurovegetative, and the work performance instrument. The dimensions of the Hamilton Anxiety Scale are psychological anxiety and somatic anxiety, at the levels of absence of anxiety, mild, moderate and severe. The purpose of this research is to find the Anxiety levels of nursing staff in times of COVID 19. The approach is quantitative, applied, with a non-experimental descriptive, correlational and transectional design. The population was 120 nurses and the sample was 92. The survey was applied using two instruments; A questionnaire on the Hamilton Anxiety Scale will be used and the second on Work Performance directed after informed consent to the participants.

    Burnout syndrome and quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a Private Clinic in Lima, 2022

The objective of the study is: “To determine the relationship between burnout syndrome and the quality of life of the nursing professional in the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, 2022, the methodology; quantitative approach, correlational, non-experimental and transversal design of applied type, the sample will be made up of 80 nursing professionals from the emergency and disaster service of a private clinic in Lima, since the population is small, we will work with everyone so it will be census On the other hand, two instruments that have been previously validated will be used; For the collection of information, a time of no more than 25 minutes will be established for each study subject, the data analysis will be using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 26; To test the hypothesis, the Spearman test will be used; and finally they will be presented in a table and graphs.

    Burnout syndrome and resilience in nurses and emergencies at the Ica regional hospital, 2022

    Introduction: Nursing staff have become a key component during the Covid 19 pandemic; In this context, emergency services nursing professionals faced an extremely difficult and very stressful situation that ended up exacerbating their mental health, triggering burnout syndrome; Therefore, they had to test their ability to adapt to this adverse scenario through resilience. Objective: Determine how burnout syndrome is related to resilience in the nursing staff of the emergency service of the Regional Hospital of Ica during the Covid 19 pandemic, Ica 2022. Method: The methodology is hypothetical deductive, of an applied type and with a focus quantitative. Similarly, in the research, all nurses in the emergency service will be surveyed (census sample=70) and the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaires will be used to measure burnout syndrome and the Resilience Scale (ER – 14). by Wagnild & Young; instruments adapted to the Peruvian reality, with high validity and reliability. The collected data will be processed in SPSS and analyzed using the Spearman correlation coefficient test.

    Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021

    This project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.

Caring is looking after the well-being of the other person and is inherent to human nature, in such a way that an individual is capable of worrying about the risk that the other person suffers some harm or increasing their well-being, health professionals They have this principle as the foundation of their work, taking into account the needs and/or weaknesses of the patients, in order to carry out actions that ensure the physical, spiritual, emotional, and social well-being of the individuals under their care, in especially if they are minors. Immunization is a fundamental part of the human right to good health. Vaccination prevents death between 2 to 3 million people each year according to the global action plan. Materials and Methods: Research approach and design. The present study has a quantitative approach, non-experimental or observational design, descriptive cross-sectional, since it allows the research to be shown completely acquired in a given time and space. Population, Sample and Sampling: The population was organized by 100 mothers of children under twelve months of age who belong to the Broad Immunization program. Participants were selected taking into account the analysis of interest, including inclusion and exclusion criteria.

Regarding the representative sample of the research, it will be made up of 50 nursing professionals who provide purely healthcare services in the emergency service of the Hospital del Minsa, which have been compiled in accordance with the use of the probabilistic sample formula. and those who will strictly comply with the survey technique, developed in a single moment, through the instruments called the coping strategies questionnaire (COPE-28) and for work stress the scale called Nursing Stress will be used.     Culture of patient safety and quality of care in the nurses of a Specialized Pediatric Hospital, Lima 2022

    Introduction: The patient safety culture is one of the hospital management indicators that allows identifying the risks that nursing care can produce and favors the offer of quality nursing care. Materials and methods: Non-experimental design, correlational level, cross-sectional and quantitative approach. In relation to the population, 60 nursing professionals who work in emergency and hospitalization services were considered. Regarding the technique, the survey will be used and there will be two measurement instruments that will be applied. In relation to the instrument that measures patient safety culture, it contains 42 questions and covers five dimensions, within which are teamwork, communication, safety culture, supervision, and management and direction. Similarly, the nursing care quality instrument comprises 21 items and covers three dimensions defined as technical, operational and human, taking into consideration that the two questionnaires are valid in terms of reliability and validity. Regarding the conclusive values, the levels of good, average and bad are defined for the patient safety culture variable, and in relation to the variable quality of nursing care, its conclusive levels will be low, medium and high.

    Effectiveness of teaching with the use of simulators in the development of emergency management skills in nursing students and professionals

    Objective: Systematize the evidence on the effectiveness of teaching with the use of simulators in the development of competencies for emergency management in nursing students and professionals. Material and Method: The research design was a systematic review. The total population was 19 articles, extracted from scientific databases, to which eligibility and selection criteria were applied, with 10 articles being the final sample. Results: 50% (n=5) come from the United States, 20% (n=2) from Korea, 10% (n=1) from Brazil, 10% (n=1) from Saudi Arabia and 10% (n =1) from Sweden. 40% (n=4) are experimental designs, 10% (n=2) were systematic reviews, 20% (n=2) were quasi-experimental, 10% (n=1) longitudinal cohort and 20% (n=2 ) transversal descriptive. Conclusions: Of 10 articles systematically reviewed, 7/10 (70%) conclude that teaching with the use of simulators is effective in the development of competencies for emergency management in nursing professionals, improving its various basic, generic and specific components. . 3/10 (30%) report that it is necessary to carry out more research, finding non-significant results.

    Effectiveness of the use of mobile technological applications to improve the health care of adult patients

    Objectives: Determine the effectiveness of the use of mobile technological applications in the health care of adult patients. Methodology/Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based medicine due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. (22) Results: 80% of the articles show that mobile applications promote a healthy lifestyle and improve health behaviors, in addition to being an innovative training tool, 20% of mobile applications are not prepared or adapted for elderly patients. Conclusions: 100% of the articles reviewed show that the use of mobile applications is effective in improving health care, promoting self-management of care for adult patients, and allowing permanent training of professionals, favoring multidisciplinary integration. .

    Emotional intelligence and work performance in nursing professionals who work in the intensive care unit of a National Hospital Lima-Peru, 2022

    Objective: Determine the relationship that exists between emotional intelligence and the work performance of nurses in the Intensive Care service of a National Hospital, Lima-Peru, 2022. Methodology: Hypothetical-deductive, quantitative approach, correlational scope, non-observational design experimental, cross-sectional; The population will be made up of 75 nursing graduates considering the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data collection techniques and instruments: For the Emotional Intelligence variable, the survey technique will be applied through a questionnaire, 30 closed questions divided into 5 dimensions; In the variable: job performance, a questionnaire of 39 questions divided into 2 dimensions will be applied. Procedures: The data will be collected in the Intensive Care Unit of a National Hospital in Lima, during a period of 2 months, and will be processed in the SPSS V24 statistical program. Statistical analysis: Frequency tables and graphs will be prepared; In addition, the hypotheses will be analyzed with Spearman's Rho Correlation Statistical Test to determine their correlation.

    Emotional intelligence in nurses working in the intensive care unit with COVID 19 patients of a private clinic in Lima, 2021

    Emotional intelligence is based on the skills and dispositions to voluntarily establish a state of mind or feeling based on ideas about facts or events. The person has to use their emotions, guiding them appropriately in activities that are constructive, as well as in personal performance. Emotional intelligence is a good predictor for success in life, as well as a key component for maintaining quality intra- and interpersonal relationships. Objective: Determine emotional intelligence in nurses who work in the intensive care unit with Covid 19 patients of a private clinic in Lima, 2021. Type of study: This research assumes a quantitative approach, descriptive design and cross-sectional, it is constituted by 50 nursing professionals working in the Covid 19 intensive care unit of a private clinic in Lima. Data will be collected through a survey and the instrument that will be used to determine emotional intelligence is the Traid Meta-Mood Scale (TMMS-24), which is made up of 24 items and three dimensions. This instrument was validated in our country by Chang Mey, obtaining adequate results and has a reliability of 0.959 using Cronbach's Alpha. Data processing: The data will be exported to a data matrix designed in the Microsoft Excel 2019 program. The findings will be presented in statistical tables and graphs to be analyzed and interpreted.

    Factors associated with burnout syndrome in nursing staff in the emergency area

    Objective: Systematize factors associated with Burnout Syndrome in nursing staff working in the emergency service, through a systematic review. Material and methods: Systematized bibliography reviews of 15 specialized articles that synthesize multiple primary investigations. Identifying the study, answer specific questions about clinical practice. Results: The population made up of nursing professionals or others, the empirical exploration is based on the Maslach Burnout Inventory technique, through the survey, as well as the Coping Estimation Inventory. The average prevalence in studies associated with Burnout syndrome is in the range of 12.2%, which generates a risk of physical and emotional alterations. Conclusions: Burnout syndrome is not exclusive to health workers, however given the characteristics of their work, which have to do with high levels of responsibility for success, and permanent contact with people in distress and need to heal, and longer working hours than any other type of work.

    Factors associated with complications after insertion of invasive catheters

    Objective: Establish the factors associated with complications after insertion of invasive catheters. Material and Method: Observational and retrospective systematic review, the search has been restricted to articles with full text, and the selected articles were subjected to a critical reading, using Jover's evaluation to identify their degree of evidence. Results: The population was made up of the bibliographic review of 02 systematic reviews and 08 scientific articles published and indexed in scientific databases, no older than five years and that respond to articles published in Spanish, we found that 20 % (02) correspond to Chile, with 30% (03) we find Spain, while with 10% (05) we find Washington, Wisconsin, Brazil, Mexico and Costa Rica respectively. Most of the quantitative, transversal, experimental and quasi-experimental studies have been studied with 80%, mainly in the countries of Costa Rica, Brazil, Mexico and Spain. Among systematic reviews we find the country of Chile and Wisconsin, with 20%. Conclusions: Among the factors associated with complications we found in 80% of the studies high blood pressure, condition of the catheter, sex, obesity, diabetes mellitus, as for the pathologies according to the studies found were pneumonia, neonatal sepsis, meningitis and perinatal asphyxia; The most frequently found microorganisms were Staphylococcus coagulase (-), Pseudomona sp. and Candida sp. and that greater education of health professionals decreases the incidence of primary bloodstream infections and a substantial decrease in the patient's health care costs.

    Factors that influence the eating habits of gamers and esports players – Perú 2023

    The objective of this research was to identify factors that influence the eating habits of video gamers and professional eSports players, Peru - 2023. Specific objectives: Determine the sociodemographic factors of video gamers and professional eSports players, Peru - 2023, determine the Eating habits of video gamers and professional eSports players, Peru – 2023. Materials and methods: This research uses a descriptive method, with a quantitative approach. and non-experimental design. The questionnaire was validated by expert judgment and had a population of 288 participants. Results: It was evident that 45.5% have adequate water consumption. In relation to other drinks, 52% (n=150) of participants never consume energy drinks. 25% of the total respondents consume soft drinks at least 1 or 2 times a week. 45.9% feel that family customs influence their habits and 34% feel that advertising in the gamer environment influences their habits. Conclusions: This research has allowed us to observe that eating habits are not so far from those evident in general populations. Home traditions, as well as advertising, have been the factors that they considered to have the most influence in relation to their diet.

    Impact of mobbing on nursing staff

    Objective: Systematize the evidence of the impact of mobbing on Mental Health and Quality of Care in nursing staff. Material and methods: The Systematic Review is scientific research that has as its unit of analysis original studies that outline the effects of multiple scientific investigations. Of which 80% of the Systematic Review type and 20% of the descriptive, cross-sectional study type. Results: 10 scientific articles were reviewed, of which 100% (10/10) report that mobbing has an impact on the mental health of nursing staff: having professional results with low self-esteem, obsessive-compulsive disorders and a great emotional impact on severe cases suicide attempts. Somatization and physical health problems also present problems for the organization; 5 of the 10 articles indicate that the most sensitive age is under 30 years old and those over 45 years old, the areas where the highest number of cases were reported were in the hospitalization and emergency area. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles reviewed, 10 conclude that mobbing has a negative impact on mental health, especially in nursing professionals. Impact on Physical Health: Psychosomatic diseases, muscle tensions, gastrointestinal diseases; in the organization: decrease in the quality of care, resulting in problems in user safety.

    Job satisfaction and quality of nursing care in the emergency service

    Objective: To determine the relationship between job satisfaction and quality of nursing care, the population will consist of 30 nursing professionals who work in the Emergency Service of the Huacho regional hospital. Sample: the total population, Methodological Design: The type of research will be applied. Design will be non-experimental, hypothetical-deductive quantitative. Instruments: To evaluate the variable "job satisfaction" the questionnaire adapted by Sonia Palma Carrillo in 2011, reliable through Crombach's Alpha of 0.733, will be used and to evaluate the variable "quality of nursing care" the questionnaire adapted by Patricia Larson will be applied in the 2019, reliable through Crombach's Alpha with an index of 0.88. The data collection technique will be the survey. Statistical processing and data analysis: it will be carried out using descriptive techniques and frequencies expressed in percentages, the statistical analysis will be according to its distribution through parametric statistical tests (Pearson Correlation) or non-parametric tests (Spearman's Rho Correlation).

    Job satisfaction of nursing staff in the internal medicine service, of a private clinic, Lima 2020

    Aim; Determine the level of job satisfaction of the nursing staff in the internal medicine service of a private Clinic 2020, The method; study with a quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional approach, the population is 40 health professionals, 20 technicians and 20 graduates, the instrument that was carried out was a “job satisfaction questionnaire”, which consists of 40 items, the results; It was found that of 100% (40 nursing professionals) 50.0% (n=20) are nursing graduates and 50.0% (n=2) are nursing technicians. 52.5% (n=21) were medium, 25% (n=10) were low and 22.5% (n=9) were high. On the other hand, in the dimensions, it was found that extrinsic dimension 60.0% (n=24) was medium, 22.5% (n=9) was high and 17.5% (n=7) was low. In the intrinsic dimension. 57.5% (n=23) were medium, 25.0% (n=10) were low and 17.5% (n=7) were high. Coming to the conclusion; The majority of Nursing Staff had a medium level of job satisfaction.
