    Knowledge about iron deficiency and healthy eating in pregnant women with anemia at the Ate Vitarte health post 2022

    Objective: To determine the relationship between iron deficiency and healthy eating in pregnant women with anemia at the, Ate Vitarte in the year 2022. Synthesis of the methodology: The study has a quantitative, observational, non-experimental design and cross-sectional approach, the study population is made up of 40 clinical histories of pregnant women from the. Data collection technique and instrument: a questionnaire with 24 questions was used, the results were processed and entered in an Excel database and tabulated in an appropriate system, using SPSS version 22. The chi-square test was used to determine whether there is a relationship or dependence between the variables and Spearman's nonparametric correlation coefficient test was used to determine the statistically significant relationship. Results: 50% of pregnant women with anemia in the, Ate Vitarte 2022, have iron deficiency, in terms of the dimensions it could be observed that the hemoglobin level is high with 45%; also, the risk of miscarriage is 50%; while the capacity of the pregnant woman was found with a high level with 40%. Conclusions: It has been determined that there is a statistically significant relationship between iron deficiency and healthy eating in pregnant women with anemia in the, Ate Vitarte in the year 2022 (sig.= 0.051). No significant correlations were found between the dimensions of iron deficiency and healthy eating.

    Psychosocial factors affecting job performance of nurses working in the COVID-19 emergency service at San José de Chincha Hospital – 2021

    The purpose of the investigative research is to determine the relationship between psychosocial factors and the work performance of the nurses who carry out their jobs at the San José de Chincha hospital in 2021 within the covid-19 emergency section. The approach of the present study is quantitative, cross-sectional and correlational. The sample proportion consists of 90 nurses who work at the San José de Chincha hospital and is included within the months of July to December 2021. For the two variables, the survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument that They have high reliability. Finally, to calculate the psychosocial factors, a short version of the Susesos Istas-21 questionnaire was used. Likewise, to estimate work performance, the instrument developed by Machillanda Venezuela was used. The data will be statistically processed and displayed in tables and graphs.

    Sociodemographic and family characteristics of mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months with anemia in the district of Santa Rosa

    Objective: Identify the sociodemographic and family characteristics of the mothers of children aged 6 to 36 months with anemia in the district of Santa Rosa. Material and methods: The methodological approach used was quantitative, non-experimental, cross-sectional, prospective and descriptive. The sample was 114 mothers of children from 6 to 36 months of age with anemia, being selected by inclusion and exclusion criteria of the research. To measure sociodemographic and family characteristics, the Family Technical Sheet instrument was used, which includes 17 items grouped into 3 dimensions. A pilot test was carried out on 20 mothers, to demonstrate its reliability and validity. Results: In the sociodemographic characteristics, the mother's age of 25 years or older obtained 43%, marital status Married with 42.1%, level of education Secondary education with 54.4%, mothers who work dependently 36% and 63.2% have SIS insurance, and 50.9% have basic services with water, electricity and drainage. In the family characteristics, the Nuclear Family 56.1%, in terms of the Life Cycle the Extended Family obtained 85.1%, the age of the child was 12 to 24 months with 54.4%, the female sex It was predominant with 59.6%.Conclusions: There are sociodemographic and cultural characteristics of the family so that the child is susceptible to having anemia.

    Sociodemographic characteristics and adherence to vaccination schedules in children under 2 years old at the Peru III Zone Health Center – San Martín de Porres, January to March 2018

    Objective: The present investigation seeks to determine the sociodemographic characteristics and compliance with the vaccination schedule of children under 2 years of age of the C.S. Peru III Zone – San Martín de Porres from January to March 2018. Materials: It is a descriptive study, its design is non-experimental with cross-section. The sample is made up of 280 mothers who attended the immunization service in the months of January to March 2018. Regarding the instrument, a questionnaire was used. Results: Regarding the sociodemographic data of mothers with children under 2 years of age from the C.S. Peru III Zone of the San Martin de Porres district, 61.4%, which corresponds to 172 mothers, have a marital status of cohabitant; 66.8%, corresponding to 187 mothers, are housewives; 47.9%, which corresponds to 134 mothers, are between 31 and 45 years old; 70.0%, corresponding to 196 mothers, are from the coast; and 68.6%, corresponding to 192 mothers, have a secondary education degree. Furthermore, with respect to compliance, 58.6%, which corresponds to 164 children under 2 years of age, have an incomplete vaccination schedule; while 41.4%, corresponding to 116 children under 2 years of age, have the complete vaccination schedule. Conclusion: The mothers in the study are adults with a level of basic education, so many of them do not have jobs and are only dedicated to being housewives and, finally, more than half of them do not comply with the vaccination schedule.

    Sociodemographic Characteristics of the Mother and Nutritional Status of Children Aged 3 to 5 Years at the Fermín Ávila Kindergarten Educational Institution in Mi Perú, Lima 2019

    The objective of this study was to understand the sociodemographic characteristics of mothers and the nutritional status of children aged 3 to 5 years at the Fermin Avila Kindergarten Educational Institution in Mi Peru, Lima, 2019. The study design was observational, descriptive, and quantitative in nature. Data collection was conducted using a clinical record for the mothers (sociodemographic factors), and the Body Mass Index (BMI) for the children aged 3, 4, and 5 years was also recorded in the same form. The results were as follows: for children aged 3 to 4 years, according to the height-for-age index, 1.4% had low height, 84.5% had normal height, and 14.1% had high height. According to the weight-for-age index, 88.7% had normal weight, while 11.3% were overweight. According to the weight-for-height index, 88.7% had normal weight, and 11.3% were overweight. For 5-year-old children, 58.3% had normal weight, 30.6% were overweight, and 11.1% were obese. For the mothers, sociodemographic characteristics were considered. According to marital status, 55.6% were cohabiting; according to the number of children, 50% had 2 children; according to monthly family income, 25.9% had an income of 301 to 500 soles; according to housing, 31.5% lived in an incomplete own home; according to access to electricity, 100% had access; according to access to potable water, 82.4% had access to tap water; according to insurance type, 50.9% had SIS (Social Health Insurance); and according to education level, 63% had completed secondary education. It is concluded that there are no cases of malnutrition among children aged 3 to 5 years. The majority have a good nutritional status, but a significant group presents with overweight and obesity. According to the sociodemographic characteristics of the mothers, most have a minimum adequate quality of life.
