Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021

This project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. After obtaining the data, they will be entered into the statistical software and the results will be expressed in tables.

Methodology: The design will be observational, descriptive, transversal and quantitative approach. Census sampling, which will involve the entire population of 21 nurses who work in SSO, who meet the selection requirements. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey will be applied for the variable under study, compliance with storage conditions of sterile material; The instrument that will be used will be the self-applied observation guideline of the “Sterile material storage guide of the Rancagua Regional Hospital-Chile”, which is made up of 9 questions. Procedures: Data collection will be carried out over a period of 2 months. Once the information is collected, the data obtained will be processed computerized. Statistical analysis: The information will be analyzed in SPSS software version 24.0 using descriptive statistics.

Coping strategies and work stress of professional nursing staff in the emergency service in a Minsa hospital, Lima 2022

Regarding the representative sample of the research, it will be made up of 50 nursing professionals who provide purely healthcare services in the emergency service of the Hospital del Minsa, which have been compiled in accordance with the use of the probabilistic sample formula. and those who will strictly comply with the survey technique, developed in a single moment, through the instruments called the coping strategies questionnaire (COPE-28) and for work stress the scale called Nursing Stress will be used. Regarding the management of the data obtained, it will be executed through the Microsoft Excel version 9 program for classification, organization and corresponding quality verification, subsequently it will be exported to the SPSS version 24.0 software to develop the appropriate statistical calculations, and thus be able to prepare tables and graphs. for the interpretation of the study variables.

Humanized care and satisfaction of the patient who surpassed the COVID-19 stage in the intensive care unit, in a Public Hospital in Lima, from July to December 2022

The use of cutting-edge technology in the intensive care unit sometimes does not allow us to see the patient as a whole, leaving aside an important element such as human care. That is why in this research the objective will be established to determine the relationship between humanized care and satisfaction of the patient who overcame the covid-19 stage in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima - Peru, from July to December 2022. The The study is proposed from a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, simple correlational cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of a total of 62 patients confined in the ICU with a diagnosis of covid-19 who have passed the critical stage in 2022, selected through intentional sampling. The data collection technique and instrument will be the survey using the Perception Humanized Nursing Care Instrument (PCHE) and CARE Q Questionnaire questionnaires, which have been previously validated. The collected data will be emptied into the Excel database and then processed with the SPSS statistical program. The software will show the type of relationship that exists between the variables, and tables and figures will be represented.

Implementación MDD para la sistematización de los procesos de atención médica del Centro de Salud Los Olivos de Pro, 2017

La investigación titulada “Implementación MDD para la sistematización de los procesos de atención médica del Centro de Salud Los Olivos de Pro, 2017”, tiene por finalidad presentar una propuesta que contribuya a mejorar la calidad de atención médica que este centro de salud brinda a sus pacientes en razón de que su actual sistema afronta una serie de dificultades que limitan la entrega de un servicio adecuado. La investigación fue de tipo proyectiva y de diseño no experimental, de sintagma holístico y de enfoque mixto. Los resultados obtenidos del procesamiento de la información recogida revelan las limitaciones o problemas referidos a la atención del paciente que actualmente experimenta el centro de salud en lo referente a la gestión de citas, calidad de atención y gestión de la información que impiden la provisión de un adecuado servicio asistencial. Ante esta situación, la presente investigación realizó una propuesta de implementación del paradigma de desarrollo MDD (Model-driven Development) utilizando la metodología de RUP (Rational Unifield Process) para la construcción y desarrollo de un software dirigido por modelos que contribuirá a la sistematización del proceso de atención médica mejorando de este modo la calidad de atención.

La presente investigación se centró en determinar del efecto que tiene el uso del software dinámico GeoGebra en la asimilación de conceptos de cónicas con estudiantes de décimo grado de educación secundaria de la Institución Educativa Simón Araujo. Para tal fin se realiza un diagnostico aplicando un pre-test y post-test a un grupo experimental 23 estudiantes escogidos al azar, de un universo de 140 estudiantes, con los cuales se implementaron ambientes de clase con GeoGebra y un grupo control de 23 estudiantes, con los cuales se desarrollaron clases en forma habitual. Este trabajó se realiza con una Introducción al conocimiento y manejo del software GeoGebra, construcción e identificación de elementos y características de las cónicas con el uso de GeoGebra, deducción analítica de concepto de cónicas y sus propiedades. El análisis de los resultados del grupo experimental en las pruebas de salida en cada competencia permitió establecer diferencias significativas, respecto del grupo control al comparar las medianas, a favor de los resultados en la prueba de salida, lo cual evidentemente, muestra la influencia del software Geogebra en el aprendizaje significativo de las cónicas.

Knowledge and practices about breastfeeding in mothers who attend the growth and development clinic of the Nepeña Health Center, Ancash, 2022

Objective: determine the relationship that exists between the level of knowledge and the practice of breastfeeding in mothers who attend the growth and development clinic of the Nepeña Health Center, Áncash, 2022. Materials and methods: The approach is quantitative, non-experimental, the method is hypothetical deductive, applied type, cross section. The sample will consist of 73 nursing mothers with children under 6 months. The instruments that will be used are adapted, validated and reliable. The instrument that was used was the interview and the instrument was a questionnaire with 14 questions to measure the knowledge variable and was determined through the following qualification, the following; Knowledge: High: 10-14, Medium: 5-9 and Low: 0-4. The instrument used is an observation guide of 16 questions to measure the practical variable. It was determined through the following score: Adequate (13-17) and Inadequate (< 12). Once the information is obtained, the process will be carried out with the statistical software SPSS version 26. The statistical analysis will be carried out using descriptive statistics using Sperman's correlation coefficient.

Level of knowledge of nursing activities during the COVID 19 pandemic and its relationship with perceived stress in the COVID intensive care unit at the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen Hospital, Lima – 2022

Objective: “Identify the relationship between level of knowledge and nursing stress during the pandemic in the COVID ICU.” Population: there will be 90 nurses who work in the COVID ICU unit of the Guillermo Almenara Hospital. Methodological design: correlational, cross-sectional observational, applied type, hypothetical-deductive method. Instruments: to evaluate the variable "level of knowledge" the questionnaire developed by: Becerra G Y and Pizán M. was applied and for the variable "stress" we will use the Maslach Burnout Inventory (MBI) questionnaire, both questionnaires were validated by a judgment of experts, whose reliability was through Cronbach's Alpha 0.859 for level of knowledge and 0.74 for stress. The technique that will be used will be observation and survey, after which the data will be processed and analyzed in the SPSS 24.0 software, using the Chi square test. And in turn, percentages will be obtained through descriptive statistics, in order to achieve the objectives set for both variables under study.

Introduction: The theme of this study is about stress and job satisfaction of nursing staff who work in the emergency area. Both aspects are closely linked, since if the nurse is affected by stress, it will have an impact on his or her job satisfaction. Objective: Determine the relationship between the level of stress and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Emergency area of a National Hospital, Callao 2022. Material and Method: The study will be applied, quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional and correlational scope. The population will be nurses from the Emergency service, during the period from June to December 2022. Two Likert-type scale instruments will be used, prior authorization and signing of the informed consent of the participants. Results: A matrix will be created in Excel with the collected data, the information will be transferred to a SPSS version 26.0 software program, to prepare the tables, figures and inferential statistics that will test the hypotheses to determine the possible relationships between both variables of the study. through Spearman's non-parametric test.

Objective: Determine the level of therapeutic adherence in diabetic patients with chronic kidney disease at the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital – Pasco, 2021. Methodology: Applied research with a quantitative approach, descriptive method and non-experimental cross-sectional design. The population will consist of diabetic patients with CKD treated in the Non-communicable Diseases Unit of the Daniel Alcides Carrión Hospital in 2021 according to the selection criteria. Sampling will not be carried out. Data collection techniques and instruments: The survey technique will be used and the instrument that will be used is the “Therapeutic Adherence Questionnaire.” Validation and reliability: This questionnaire was validated by expert judgment; its reliability in a pilot test resulted in a Cronbach's alpha value equal to 0.799. Data processing and analysis plan: Patients will be identified with the database that is available for each one, then they will be visited to conduct the survey. The data will be entered in Microsoft Excel software, they will be worked descriptively for both demographic data, as well as by dimensions with the help of descriptive statistics.

La prueba de calidad es la actividad que va permitir poder identificar si el software, ejecuta los requisitos establecidos por el cliente. Este trabajo tiene como propósito poder analizar los lineamientos de calidad de software y en base a ello poder mejorar estos procesos. La metodología de trabajo aplicada se fundamenta en las siguientes teorías: la teoría general de sistemas, teoría de calidad y la teoría de información, además este informe se sostiene sobre la experticia laboral obtenida. En base a los resultados de este trabajo se pudo concluir que no es suficiente verificar si funcionalmente el software se encuentra alineado a los requisitos del cliente, también es necesario conocer el lado no funcional del software, donde se incluye las pruebas y resultados de rendimiento y capacidad que posee el sistema al momento de ejecutar sus tareas para la cual fue desarrollada, de esta forma se podrá minimizar riesgos a futuro que involucren a los intereses de la empresa y al beneficio del cliente, por lo tanto la correcta y completa ejecución de lineamientos de pruebas trae como consecuencia poder entregar al cliente un software de calidad que va a garantizar la satisfacción a sus necesidades de negocio.

Introduction: At the national level, the articulated nutritional program (PAN) which is based on growth and development care (CRED) and immunizations in infants under 5 years of age should be carried out by several nursing professionals. However, in the provinces, only one professional is responsible for this work. As a consequence of this, the workload has increased, both due to the care and administrative tasks they perform daily, which influences the provision of quality care. Objective: Determine the relationship between nurses' workload and quality of care for children under five years of age in the PAN in the CRED service and immunizations during the covid-19 pandemic, in a Micronetwork. Method: It will be applied, with a quantitative, observational, descriptive, non-experimental, transversal, correlational approach. The population is made up of 40 nurses and 200 caregivers of children under 5 years of age from the PAN. Technique and instrument: 2 questionnaires will be used, the workload and the quality of care, which will be administered with prior authorization; and, the data obtained will be coded and entered into Excel (database) before being tabulated and processed through the SPSS version 22 system as statistical software.

Occupational risk in nursing staff working in the sterilization center of a hospital in Lima, 2020

The present study was descriptive, cross-sectional, the objective of which was to determine the level of occupational risk to which nursing staff working in a Hospital in Lima, 2020, are exposed. The sample population consisted of 30 nursing staff, the The method used was the survey, the technique to measure the study variable was the questionnaire and the instrument used to collect data was the questionnaire developed by Zaida Navarro (2010). Which was modified and subject to Expert Judgment by the author. A pilot test was carried out with 34 nursing personnel, which gave a validation result of 80% and a reliability of 80.4%. The data were entered into a matrix table prepared in the statistical software SPSS 24.0.

Introduction: occupational stress is a problem that hemodialysis nursing staff go through due to factors related to the care of the human being, their family and community, added to this the current problem that the health system faces, so knowing these factors will achieve a satisfaction in the nursing staff. Objective: Determine the relationship between occupational stress and job satisfaction in the nursing staff of the Hemodialysis service of the Regional Hospital, Huánuco 2022. Methods: applied, quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional study. The census sample will consist of 30 nursing personnel, including nurses and nursing technicians from the hemodialysis service of the Huánuco regional hospital. The survey will be used to apply two questionnaires on a Likert-type scale for the target population, they are validated and reliable to measure the variables in question. The data collected will be processed in SPSS software (v. 25.0) and the hypotheses will be tested with Spearman's Rho coefficient as they are qualitative variables with an ordinal measurement scale.

Physical ergonomic risks related to musculoskeletal disorders of production workers, in a company in Chorrillos, 2020

Workplace injuries are primarily associated with the most common occupational disease, musculoskeletal injury, which is one of the leading causes of permanent disability and work absenteeism. This research project will be developed with the objective of determining the relationship that exists between physical ergonomic risks and musculoskeletal disorders of workers in the production area, in a company in Chorrillos, 2020. The study consists of a method of deductive research, has a quantitative approach, observational and cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of a total of 200 workers in the production area, in a company in Chorrillos. Data collection technique and instrument: an observation guide “REBA Method” will be used, where individual postures and a Nordic questionnaire will be evaluated, in order to evaluate musculoskeletal disorders, the evaluation will be based on the prior and informed consent of the participants. The results will be collected, processed, coded and entered into the Excel design database, synthesized and processed by the system using the SPSS version 22 statistical software package.

Propuesta para la implementación de un software para la gestión de almacén en la empresa de software, 2020

La presente tesis es un trabajo de investigación que se enfoca en desarrollar un sistema de gestión de almacén para la empresa de software, 2020, que incluye el almacenaje de los productos y la correcta distribución de los productos en cada área. El conocimiento y aplicación de software permitirá la buena administración y gestión en el área de almacén; además será el inicio de una serie de acciones a realizar orientadas hacia la mejora continua. Se utilizó un enfoque mixto analiza los datos cualitativos y cuantitativos de la investigación, además la población a la cual está referida el presente estudio lo constituye los trabajadores la empresa de software, 2020, la población está representada por el conjunto conformado por los empleados en el área de almacén, la muestra son los empleados del área de almacén, ya que es esa área la que se está evaluando y al implementar el software se corregirá todos los errores. En los empleados se recolecto la información mediante encuestas y entrevistas y se observó que muchos de los empleados se quejaron del espacio del almacén, también se observó que muchos de los empleados se quejaron porque no se contaba con equipos de seguridad, además en las encuestas se observó que el empleado hay veces que no se sienten satisfechos en el área donde trabajan. Finalmente el software de gestión de almacén propuesto permitirá la fácil coordinación y distribución de los productos dentro del almacén, también vamos a ver el prototipo del software ya implementado en la empresa, y el funcionamiento del software. Además al implementar el software se va a tener un orden en el almacén y un buen registro de los productos.
