Ítem Acceso abierto Spiritual well-being and its relationship with resilience in patients with breast cancer treated at the Santa Rosa hospital, Lima 2022.(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-09-02) Ambicho Alvarez, Sonia; Cárdenas de Fernández, María HildaObjective: To determine the relationship between spiritual well-being and resilience in breast cancer patients treated at the Santa Rosa Hospital, Lima, 2022. Materials and methods: The approach was quantitative, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional, and correlational design. The sample consisted of 131 breast cancer patients, selected based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the study. The instruments used were the spiritual well-being scale and the resilience scale, both validated in Peru. The spiritual well-being scale includes 21 items with 2 dimensions, while the resilience scale consists of 25 items grouped into 5 dimensions. A constant was determined by dividing the estimated population by the obtained sample, resulting in an approximate value of 3. Based on this, patients were selected with an interval of 3 until the calculated sample size was reached.
