This research project will be developed with the aim of determining the relationship between quality of life and spiritual well-being in adult patients with chronic kidney disease at the Dialysis Center - Santa Ana, Ayacucho 2022. The study has a quantitative, applied approach and correlational design. The study population will be made up of a total of 50 adult patients with chronic kidney disease who are cared for at the Dialysis Center - Santa Ana SAC, in the Ayacucho region. Data collection technique and instrument: a spiritual well-being scale with 10 questions and a quality of life questionnaire with 20 questions will be used with prior authorization and informed consent of the participants.Ítem Acceso abierto Quality of life of patients in the diabetes mellitus program related to their spiritual perspectives. “Dos de Mayo Hospital. Materials and methods: It was quantitative, descriptive, correlational, cross-sectional, in a sample made up of 54 patients; The interview technique was used and the instruments were the specific quality of life questionnaire for Diabetes Mellitus (EsDQOL) and the Spiritual Perspective Scale, developed by Pamela Reed. The collected data were transcribed into a Data Matrix Sheet for statistical processing. Results: Among the most relevant findings, it was found that a little more than half (55.56%) of the patients evidenced a moderately healthy quality of life, with a slight tendency towards unhealthy in almost a third (29.63%), while a smaller percentage (14.81%) had a healthy quality of life; Likewise, more than half (66.66%) of the patients' spiritual perspective was moderately favorable. Conclusions: There was no relationship between quality of life and spiritual perspective, accepting H0. The sample was made up of 254 oncology participants based on pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria, to whom the Pamela Reed Spiritual Perspective Scale and Wagnild and Young Resilience Scale instruments were applied. It was obtained that the patients were characterized by having high levels of spiritual perspective (98.4%) and high resilience (100%), in addition, both variables obtained a statistically significant correlation (rho = 0.301; p ≤ 0.000). It will determine the level of spiritual well-being of nurses who work with oncology patients in the International Clinical Network, Lima - Peru. Materials and methods. The present research will have a quantitative approach, in terms of the methodological design it is a descriptive, cross-sectional, non-experimental research. The population will consist of 100 nurses who work with cancer patients selected within the inclusion and exclusion criteria set out in this research. One of these inclusion criteria is: that they work with cancer patients for more than a year and one of the exclusion criteria is: It will be that they are atheists or agnostics. However, for many people, it has been an opportune time to cling more to the God they believe in or to cultivate their sense of transcendence. This research aimed to determine the relationship between spirituality and depression in post-Covid-19 individuals in Metropolitan Lima. The Spiritual Transcendence Scale by Ralph Piedmont (1999) and the Zung Depression Scale were used. The research followed a hypothetical-deductive method with a basic quantitative approach and non-experimental, cross-sectional design, and involved 114 participants. The data were processed using SPSS 26 and Pearson’s correlation coefficient. An inverse and significant relationship was found between spirituality and depression; however, a null correlation was found between spirituality and the affective, physiological, and psychomotor dimensions of depression, while a very significant inverse relationship was found between spirituality and the psychological dimension of depression.
