The methodology used was varied according to the interests and needs of the students always searching that they applied 2x2 equations systems, accordingly, a pre-test was applied so that determined the level of understanding of the different mathematical competences, with the intention of contrasting the same test at the end of the process, it was followed by sequential execution of the didactic strategy of problem-based learning framed in a directing question; the results obtained in the research showed that problem-based learning is an effective strategy in the learning process of the 2x2 system of linear equations, allowing the strengthening of mathematics competences in each of them, and creating imaginary of the applicability of the equations system mentioned in the concrete reality in which each one develops, it improved the levels of reading comprehension allowing to convert everyday language into algebraic language as well as the opportunities to obtain good results in external tests and their academic performance.Publicación Acceso abierto Estudio comparativo de la formación, dominio y práctica de la evaluación formativa en docentes contratados y nombrados de educación secundaria – Huancavelica 2020(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-06-16) Jincho Cumpa, Rebeca; Yangali Vicente, Judith SoledadFormative assessment is a key process for the development of competencies because it is a permanent, comprehensive, systematic and learning-centered process that allows the progress of learning from the training needs of students and because it is such an important process, it was carried out this study with the objective of determining the similarities in the training, domain and formative assessment practices between the appointed and contracted secondary education teachers of the Huancavelica region. A comparative descriptive-level quantitative approach was used. The survey technique was applied through three questionnaires to a sample of 106 appointed and hired teachers. It is concluded that there are similarities in training, mastery and formative assessment practices. Using the Mann Whitney U statistical test, it was obtained that the results allow us to affirm that from both samples they received more training in feedback processes, interrogation techniques, co-evaluation and use of the portfolio. While, at the mastery level, both groups believe they have little mastery in formative evaluation processes, evaluation techniques and instruments. As for evaluative practice, communication of learning purposes is the one that is most practiced in the classroom. The most used evaluation technique is the co-evaluation and the most used evaluation instrument is the checklist and the least used is the follow-up sheet.Publicación Acceso abierto Evaluación curricular y el modelo CIPP en estudiantes de ingeniería civil en una universidad privada de Lima, 2024(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2024-07-25) Quincho Jara, Raquel Verónica; Vásquez Tomás, Melba RitaThis thesis focuses on the evaluation of the academic curriculum using the CIPP Model (Context, Inputs, Process, and Product) to improve educational quality and adapt the curriculum to the needs of the labor market and current society. The main objective of the study is to identify the relationship between curriculum evaluation and the CIPP Model in Civil Engineering students. Specific objectives include analyzing the relationship between curriculum evaluation and the dimensions of Context, Inputs, Process, and Product. To this end, quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques were used with a sample of students, and statistical tools were used for data analysis. The results show a significant and positive relationship between curriculum evaluation and the CIPP Model, highlighting high correlations with the dimensions of Context (.729), Inputs (.880), and Process (.694). These findings indicate that a well-evaluated curriculum can considerably improve educational quality and the academic performance of students. students. In conclusion, the study confirms the effectiveness of the CIPP Model for curriculum evaluation in Civil Engineering programs, recommending its adoption by educational institutions for better planning and implementation of their curricula.Publicación Acceso abierto Políticas de evaluación docente en la dirección nacional de escuelas de la Policía Nacional en el complejo educativo Enrique Santos Castillo en Bogotá Colombia – 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-07-16) Buritica Tabares, Carlos Ariel; Sánchez Cardona, María Johanna; Huaita Acha, Delsi MarielaThis thesis was developed based on the collection, analysis and treatment of information, previously focused on a group of teaching directors and professorial professors who are part of the National Directorate of Schools and who provided valuable information through factors of change previously identified in a Delphi matrix and subsequently put to evaluation through a cross-impact matrix, which allowed identifying the key variables of the system for the teacher evaluation process and the way in which the regulations of the Ministry of Education are related to development of the policies on teacher development by the National Directorate of Schools. In a confrontation of perceptions that end up determining the absence of clear policies in the educational organization to improve the working conditions of teachers, which has repercussions on the teacher evaluation process and sample the need to create a teaching statute and a development plan for teachers, thus giving importance to one of the substantive functions of education, such as teaching.Publicación Acceso abierto Practicas evaluativas de los docentes del quinto grado de basica primaria del Colegio Villa Amalia Ied, a partir de la implementacion del decreto ley 1290/09(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2019-02-21) Torres Celis, Franci Liliana; Ayala Mendivil, Ronald EspirituIn Colombia, the evaluation is governed by decree 1290 of 2009, which dictates the provisions for educational institutions to develop and execute their own Institutional System of Student Evaluation SIEE. The investigation investigated and analyzed the form of appropriation of decree 1290 around the strategies and daily practices carried out by the teachers of the fifth grade of primary basic education of the Villa Amalia Institution. In the development of the research process, the qualitative paradigm was used, since the purpose is to use action research; To determine the knowledge and appropriation of SIEE by teachers, the techniques and instruments used were in-depth interviews, field observer, and a final questionnaire. With the information obtained, an analysis was made that showed that all the teachers interviewed expressed knowledge of decree 1290 and SIEE, fifth grade teachers prioritized that the evaluation strategies are selected according to the needs and criteria of each area the most used they are: the workshops, the written tests, the qualification of the notebooks, some autonomous activities, the written and oral evaluations, and only one teacher states that he uses the Information and Communication Technologies (Tics) as evaluative strategies. The construction of the SIEE must be based on the principles of tolerance, freedom, clarity and starting from the ends of education, with the participation of teachers, parents and students; from the current social and cultural context.Publicación Acceso abierto Sistema Institucional de Evaluación Escolar (SIEE) de la institución Educativa Villanueva , Sección Rural El Noral y su relación con el desempeño académico de los estudiantes(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2016) Pineda Muriel, Astrid Elena; Bedoya Echavarría,Yenny Patricia; Pérez Mamani, Rubens HousonThe present investigation called The institutional system of school assessment and its relationship to academic performance of students in the Educational Institution Villanueva Noral rural section, aimed to determine the relationship between the institutional system of School Assessment and academic performance students also allowed us to sustain the sense and meaning that charge unconventional qualitative assessment practices in the educational models that are proposed for rural education in the country. After the decree 1290 of 2009, which regulates the design and implementation of institutional assessment system for students in primary and secondary education, no study is known at the municipal or provincial level to provide foundations, the relationship, between qualitative or quantitative assessment practices, proposals on institutional evaluation systems and promoting students (SIEE), with its high and low academic performance. The unit is determined by population analysis 70 students in grades one through five in elementary school, who represent 78.6% of the students at the institution. It is a descriptive-correlational, cross-sectional study with a non-experimental design. For data collection document analysis was implemented, the type Likert40 Scaling and direct observation, both the independent variable and for the variable under study, these tools respond to the dimensions of the work, this methods were performed and then the results were analyzed from a statistical analysis which was possible to establish the relationships between the variables, so it could be demonstrated according to the Pearson chi-square 74.72, with a 95% confidence that there is a strong correlation between the institutional system school assessment and academic performance of students, this is also played from a value (P) very large reaffirming this correlation. With these results it could be concluded that the institutional system of school assessment, implemented in the Educational Institution Villanueva, Section Rural Noral contemplates different teaching strategies, such as collaborative work, leisure activities mediated by the game, graphics, drawings, concept maps and varied technological tools that promote student learning, valuing autonomy, selfregulation and the interest they put students in the development of the different activities proposed in class, which significantly benefits the academic success of students in grades offering basic primary institution.Publicación Acceso abierto Uso de la rúbrica y el aprendizaje en el II ciclo de la Escuela de Enfermería de la universidad Norbert Wiener - 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-10-30) León Vivar, Aurora Marycruz; Yaurivilca Osorio, Jhovana; Pizarro Arancibia, Lily MarisolObjective: to determine if the use of the rubric is related to learning in the ii cycle of the Norbert Wiener university school of nursing 2020.
