Ítem Acceso abierto Perception of dental school students about virtual teaching at Norbert Wiener University, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2022-11-10) Pérez Rivera, Alexandra Rosemary; Aguirre Morales, Anita KoriObjective: To determine the perception of students from the Faculty of Dentistry regarding virtual teaching at Universidad Norbert Wiener during 2021. Methodology: The total sample consisted of 85 students. The study was observational, cross-sectional, and quantitative. A questionnaire was used, which allowed for conclusions to be drawn from the results, considering the indicators proposed in the study. The statistical analysis was performed using descriptive statistics, which established percentage values. Results: Regarding perception, 71.8% of the respondents had an average perception of virtual teaching. Regarding the accessibility of services on the platform, 32.9% of students considered accessibility to be good, 37.6% considered the management of dynamic resources to be average, and 37.6% considered virtual development to be good. Additionally, 34.1% considered the student-teacher interaction to be average. Conclusion: It is concluded that students' perception of virtual teaching is average.
