    Effectiveness of endotracheal tube fixation techniques in critically ill patients attending emergency services.

    Material and Method: The research design used is a systematic review. The population consisted of a search for 24 articles, with inclusion criteria established. The final sample included 10 articles from indexed databases. Results: By origin, 20% (2/10) of the articles are from India, 20% (2/10) are from the USA, 10% (1/10) are from Korea, 10% (1/10) are from the United Kingdom, 10% (1/10) are from Iran, 10% (1/10) are from Belgium, 10% (1/10) are from Japan, and 10% (1/10) are from Singapore. According to the research design, 50% (5/10) are randomized clinical trials, 40% (4/10) are experimental designs, and 10% (1/10) are descriptive observational designs. According to the quality of evidence, 90% (9/10) are high and 10% (1/10) are low. Conclusions: There is evidence of the effectiveness of endotracheal fixation techniques in critically ill patients who seek emergency services.
