    Effectiveness of nursing care in the management of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in patients treated in emergency hospitals.

    Objective: To systematize the evidence found on the effectiveness of nursing care in the management of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in patients treated in emergency hospitals. Material and Methods: the design used was the systematic review, which is based on the GRADE evaluation system and is aimed at evaluating the quality of each of the evidence selected from the PubMed, Scielo databases. , ScientDirect, EBSCO and Epistemonikos. Results: The articles reviewed showed that: 30% are randomized controlled trials, 20% are systematic reviews, 20% are literature reviews, 10% are bibliography reviews, 10% are descriptive and deductive, and 10% are descriptive and deductive. % of clinical case. On the other hand, in 80% of the articles evidence of effectiveness was found, while in 20% no evidence of effectiveness was found. Conclusion: Of the 10 articles systematically reviewed in (8/10) it was found that there is effectiveness of nursing care in the management of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in patients treated in emergency hospitals and in (2/10) it was not found. effectiveness of nursing care in the management of tachycardia
