Criteria and standards for nursing staffing

Objective: Establish the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Materials and Methods: Systematic Reviews are an observational and retrospective research design, which synthesizes the results of multiple primary investigations. They are an essential part of evidence-based nursing due to their rigorous methodology, identifying relevant studies to answer specific questions of clinical practice. Results: 7 scientific articles were reviewed, whose main topic was the criteria and standards for the provision of nursing staff. Of all the articles that were found, the most relevant articles were included according to the level and quality of evidence, evaluating the agreement. and the discrepancy between the articles, and the least relevant ones were excluded. The articles were located in the databases: Scielo, Lilacs Lipecs, Medline. Conclusions: There are several diversified criteria and standards in Peru for the provision of nursing staff, which make coordinated work necessary at the level of the representative entities of Peruvian nurses. Health care companies or institutions do not apply a standardized model in the human resources management process. Said management is conditioned by the type of organizational system used, applied technology, action policy, work philosophy and existing human resources policy, purpose and functions of the personnel.

Diseño e implementación de sistema de videovigilancia para mejorar la seguridad ciudadana, Callao 2025

El presente estudio basado en un informe de suficiencia profesional tuvo como objetivo general Elaborar el diseño e Implementación de Sistemas de Videovigilancia para mejorar la Seguridad Ciudadana, Callao 2025. En el mismo sentido, el estudio tiene el soporte académico de la teoría de panoptismo, la teoría de las actividades rutinarias, la teoría de las ventanas rotas y la teoría del control social, que reforzaron las variables en estudio. Por otro lado, como parte del desarrollo, se implementó un sistema de videovigilancia siguiendo los pasos por un cronograma de actividades realizado en project. Todo ello se llevó a cabo, bajo la experiencia y dedicación en diez años en el área de proyectos en la empresa. Como parte de los resultados, se logró reducir los delitos significativamente en las incidencias delictivas y mejoro también la respuesta policial bajando el tiempo de reacción de 30 a 10 minutos aproximadamente. Por otro lado, la percepción de seguridad ciudadana aumentó, gracias al monitoreo en tiempo real y la instalación de cámaras en puntos estratégicos. Además, el sistema facilitó la recopilación de evidencia en varios de los casos judiciales y se integró con tecnologías de reconocimiento facial e inteligencia artificial. Por último, se concluye que se elaboró la implementación de un sistema de videovigilancia para mejorar la seguridad ciudadana en el Callao 2025, ya que esto permitió mejorar el tiempo de respuesta ante incidentes delictivos y que genero un ambiente más seguro para la comunidad.

The effectiveness of educational intervention programs for the prevention of HIV and STIs in healthy adolescents in primary health care

Objective: Systematize evidence on the effectiveness of educational intervention programs for the prevention of HIV and STIs in healthy adolescents in primary health care. Material and Method: The systematic review is a synthesis of the literature, which attributes high evidence on the effectiveness of interventions on related topics in the area of health, subjected to critical selection, using the GRADE evaluation system for the identification of the degree of evidence, disseminated in the following databases Scielo, Lilacs, Medline, Ebsco, Pubmed. Of the 10 scientific articles systematically reviewed, 20% (n=2/10) are systematic reviews and 80% (n=8/10) are quasi-experimental studies. According to the results obtained from the systematic review carried out in the present study, they come from the countries of Brazil (10%), Spain (10%) and Cuba (80%). Results: 10/10 of the articles reviewed show that an education program is effective for the prevention of HIV and STIs in healthy adolescents. Conclusions: an education program is effective for the prevention of HIV and STIs in healthy adolescents using participatory methodology that includes recreational activities, role plays, debates, use of technology, educational games and reflective activities. conferences, videos, round tables, posters, brochures, audiovisual spot programs.

Effectiveness of hydrocolloid in the management of pressure ulcers

It is evident that in 60% (n=06/10) the use of Hydrocolloid is effective in the management of pressure ulcers; Since the dressings promote effective epithelialization and healing of wounds, they show an advantage over traditional healing, as they are an advanced technology treatment, achieving an adequate cost-benefit. On the other hand, 40% (n=04/10) of studies made a comparison with other dressings, where the statistical data were not sufficient to affirm the effectiveness of hydrocolloids.

Humanized care and satisfaction of the patient who surpassed the COVID-19 stage in the intensive care unit, in a Public Hospital in Lima, from July to December 2022

The use of cutting-edge technology in the intensive care unit sometimes does not allow us to see the patient as a whole, leaving aside an important element such as human care. That is why in this research the objective will be established to determine the relationship between humanized care and satisfaction of the patient who overcame the covid-19 stage in the intensive care unit of a hospital in Lima - Peru, from July to December 2022. The The study is proposed from a quantitative approach, with a non-experimental, simple correlational cross-sectional design. The study population will be made up of a total of 62 patients confined in the ICU with a diagnosis of covid-19 who have passed the critical stage in 2022, selected through intentional sampling. The data collection technique and instrument will be the survey using the Perception Humanized Nursing Care Instrument (PCHE) and CARE Q Questionnaire questionnaires, which have been previously validated. The collected data will be emptied into the Excel database and then processed with the SPSS statistical program. The software will show the type of relationship that exists between the variables, and tables and figures will be represented.

La innovación y su relación con la competitividad en el laboratorio de análisis de fluidos aislantes privado, Lima 2024

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo principal analizar la relación entre la innovación y la competitividad en un laboratorio de análisis de fluidos aislantes privado, Lima 2024. Para ello, se adoptó un enfoque cuantitativo de tipo básico, con diseño no experimental y correlacional, al centrarse en el vínculo entre ambas variables. Por otro lado, la investigación contó con una muestra de 36 colaboradores, utilizando la encuesta como técnica de recolección de datos, mediante un cuestionario de 24 preguntas. Los hallazgos obtenidos validaron la hipótesis planteada, demostrando una relación positiva muy fuerte entre la innovación y la competitividad, con un coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0,886 y una significancia de 0,001, lo cual permitió concluir que existe una asociación significativa entre las variables de estudio. Por ende, se determinó que fomentar una cultura de innovación adecuada impacta considerablemente en el incremento de la competitividad empresarial.

Knowledge and practice of self-care of arteriovenous fistula in patients in the hemodialysis area of a hospital in Lima – 2022
