    Academic burnout and virtual education in law students from a private university in Huancayo, 2022

    Academic burnout generates in students a perception of not being able to give more of themselves, and attitude of denial, indifference towards studies and doubts about being able to carry them out. At the international level, the pandemic forced people to move from face-to-face education to a purely virtual one forcing teachers and students to have to adapt to the new situation. This research aimed to “determine the relationship between academic burnout and virtual education in law students from a private university in Huancayo, 2022” had a quantitative approach, applied type, non-experimental, transactional, descriptive correlational, method desing hypothetical-deductive. The population was 188 whose sample was 127 students from VII, VIII, X and XII cycle of Law from a private university in Huancayo. The Maslach Burnout Inventory-URPMSS (MBI-URPMSS) and the Virtual Education questionnaire were used. The results showed a degree of weak positive correlation with a Rho Sperarman of 0.295 between the variables academic burnout and virtual education and a significance of 0.001 with a significant correlation. Therefore, there is a relationship between the variables so the null hypothesis (Ho) was rejected and the alternative hypothesis was accepted.

    Addiction to Social Networks and Academic Procrastination in Time of Covid-19 in Students of a Private University, Lima 2023

    The objective of the study was to determine the relationship of addiction to social networks and academic procrastination in time of covid_19 students of a private university in Lima_2023. The research was carried out under a quantitative approach, hypothetical deductive method, type of applied research, non-experimental cross-sectional design of correlational cross-section, counting with a sample population of 80 students from a private university in Lima. Being a non-probability sampling, due to the number of participants to complete the sample, for convenience, two validated instruments were used that helped the data collection The results showed that there is a significant direct correlation between the variables, using the Rho Spearman with a p value 0.000 less than 0.05 therefore there is a significant relationship, according to the general objective it is concluded that there is a moderate significant direct relationship between addiction to social networks and academic procrastination.

    El presente trabajo de investigación titulado analítica de negocios en la gestión de ventas de la empresa Inversiones Generales Fabrizio, 2017 tuvo como objetivo principal la propuesta del diseño de un dashboard BA para mejorar la gestión de ventas de la empresa mediante la tecnología de la analítica de negocios la cual permitió realizar un análisis profundizado de los datos empleando herramientas de minería de datos, análisis descriptivo, predictivo y prescriptivo para la obtención de información privilegiada para la toma de decisiones futura En la investigación se utilizó la metodología de sintagma holístico con un enfoque mixto de tipo proyectiva y diseño no experimental. Adicionalmente se empleó instrumentos cuantitativos y cualitativos para la recopilación de la información, como las encuestas que fueron aplicadas a un total de 40 empleados y las entrevistas aplicadas a un total de 3 directivos ambos instrumentos sirvieron para conocer las perspectivas del personal acerca del funcionamiento del área de ventas. Los resultados obtenidos de los instrumentos brindaron como respuesta puntos a considerar, los cuales se tomaron en cuenta para mejorar la toma de decisiones. Esto a través de análisis estadísticos que fueron representados en el dashboard BA para una fácil comprensión de la información.

    Analysis of the doctrine for E-Learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022

    The master's thesis "analysis of the doctrine for e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia 2022", focused on a phenomenological research with a qualitative approach, seeking to respond to the training needs developed in the Directorate of Police Education, which had as general objective to analyze how the doctrine contributes to e-learning education in the academic programs of the National Police of Colombia. This work allowed the participation of thematic experts to identify the categories required in the development of the research process and it was possible to prioritize the categories with the greatest need for research. The results obtained indicate that e-learning contributes substantially to the doctrinal training processes in the Colombian National Police. However, it is necessary to establish and unify clear guidelines on E-learning training and police doctrine that allow not only teachers but also students to have clarity on how to carry out this training modality and also to have clear aspects on doctrine by the academic community in order to be transmitted from generation to generation.

    Analysis of the use of ICT and its relationship with the learning environment in natural sciences for 5th-grade students at the Rafael Ortíz González Agricultural Technical Institute – Colombia, 2015

    Study that aims to determine how the use of ICT resources are related to the improvement of natural science learning in 5th grade students from an educational institution in Santa Bárbara, Santander, Colombia. Methodologically the study is non-experimental, with a quantitative research approach. Twenty-two students participated, ranging in age from 8 to 11 years. A questionnaire on the use and knowledge of computer resources and a written evaluation on the learning of the natural sciences in the topic of global warming were used as instruments in three basic competences: concept appropriation, knowledge building and problem solving, results Show that there is a direct relation between the knowledge and use of ICT resources and the learning of the natural sciences in 5th grade students, in the appropriation of concepts (Spearman's rho: 0.8); Knowledge building (0.82) and problem solving (0.72).

    This thesis which is entitled "Implementation of a program to strengthen tic competences in teaching, school José Elías Puyana Floridablanca 2013" contains the research done in this educational institution on the use of Tic by principals and teachers. the present study according to the purposes thereof, leads us to make an applied according to the scope and the results of experimental research. in order to test the hypothesis surveys and interviews were conducted with a sample 60 teachers leaving two groups of teachers. a control group of 30 teachers and an experimental group in equal numbers tics program that seeks to promote training to true ownership of usable classroom ICT was applied, which involves developing skills ethical, technical and technological, communication and teaching so that teachers get to strengthen their ability to search, analyze and evaluate information found on the Internet; solve problems and analyze and publish information, using ICT resources efficiently, with creativity and innovation to contribute to knowledge and education. In conclusion it can be seen that arguments give sustainability to the hypothesis testing. With the application of an ICT program in the teachers of the school José Elías Puyana, there was a significant change, observing the following: in the ethical competition, an average value of 2.82 is given in the pretest of the experimental group, and An average value of 3.97 in the posttest of the same group, in the communicative competence there is an average value of 2.84 in the pretest of the experimental group, and an average value of 3.95 in the Posttest of the same group, in the technological competition gives an average value of 2.91 in the pretest of the experimental group and an average value of 3.76 in the posttest of the same group and in the pedagogical competition a value in The mean of 2.91 in the pretest of the experimental group and an average value of 3.76 in the posttest of the same group, data that are observed in the tables of the annexes 8 and 9.

    Application of conflict resolution didactic sequence to improve the social climate of the classroom in students, Colombia-2019

    The research entitled “application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence to improve the social climate of the classroom in students, Colombia- 2019” aimed to determine the extent to which the application of a didactic conflict resolution sequence from the subject of Chair de la Paz improves the social climate of the classroom in EI group 7-1 Pío Alberto Ferro Peña de Chiquinquirá Technique -2019. It is a quantitative research, of an applied type, with an experimental design, of a quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 500 students and a sample of 80 students, 40 in the control group and 40 in the experimental group. The degree of reliability of the instruments was established through Cronbach's alpha is 0.885 and validation through expert judgment. With loan and poles to the two groups. The conclusion is that the application of the intervention significantly improves the classroom climate in group 7-1 of the I.E. It is a study of type applied with experimental design. Our Lady of the Antigua took as sample the total of the population of 90 pupils.     The application of ICT and the results of the Saber 11 tests in secondary education in the Santander department – Colombia, 2015

    Across thesis presents the results of the tests to know versus application of the TIC in the average education of the department of Santander, as input and scientific contribution of the Social Sciences to the bet of the Department of National Education, in the improvement of the Quality of the Education of Colombia. Being the department of Santander, one of the departments better organized in Education, departing from the interest and decentralization of the resources and the same organization, on having possessed six Certified Secretariats of Education, which from the look in context as Territorial Entity, filter and are given to the task of thinking about the educational practices that reach to every municipality or environment. It is an investigation with quantitative approach, of type descriptive, level correlacional, inductive method and not experimental design. Of a total population of 694 Educational Institutions that possess the level of average education in the department of Santander, for the accomplishment a random sample of 248 took of them, which decided on having realized a sampling stratified by proportional fixation and later a probable random simple sampling with a margin of mistake of 5 % and confidence level of 95 %. The instrument was designed for the compilation of information, structured questionnaire. A general hypothesis and three specific ones appeared, for whose analysis was in use the coefficient of PEARSON's correlation, With what it was possible to check the trend and the influence of the dimensions Sets TIC, Administrative Management and Social Context with relation to the dimension Proved You Try To know 11.     Application of ICT tools to improve the development of literacy in the area of Spanish and literature, of the students of El Rocío district, Nuestra Señora del Rosario Educational Institution, Chaparral Tolima, during the year 2018

    The objective of this work was to improve the development of literacy in the area of Spanish and literature, primary school students, Sede El Rocío, Educational Institution of Our Lady of the Rosary, implement as a strategy, different TIC tools. The sample used was made up of 50 students, who showed difficulties in the readingwriting development. To carry out this pre-experimental research, pre-test-posttest without control group, which uses the evaluation battery of the PROLEC-R reader processes. The objective of this instrument is to verify the components of the system that are failing in the selected sample. Students were given the PROLEC-R test before and after applying ICT tools in the classroom, such as the use of electronic media in the learning process, text processors for writing and electronic books for reading. . The battery is composed of nine tasks that evaluate the last ten normal skill indices. The evaluation is individual and scored with a correct answer and zero to the incorrect. The result of the answers allows to diagnose the presence of mild difficulty (D) or severe (DD) in the slow speed detection processes, in the speed index processes, and low level, in the subjects with a normal reading ability. The data were processed using the Wilcoxon test of median difference for related samples, with the aim of measuring prior reading and writing after the intervention. The results show that the use of Tic tools significantly improves the reading of books in the students of the Institución Nuestra Señora del Rosario, headquarters of El Rocío.

Its starting point is the results that have been evident in recent years in the tests presented both internal and external primary students and research already done that indicate the relevance of linking ICT in the reader processes, their levels of understanding focused on the Castilian language area; this inclusion constitutes a significant contribution to transform the teachinglearning processes. The objective of the research was to evaluate the application of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the area of Spanish language and its relationship with reading comprehension in the students of the Departmental Educational Institution La Victoria Sede Rural Arcadia. Colombia. The research is of the type applied at the evaluative level and mixed collection techniques were used, which allowed to address factors such as observation and satisfaction survey before and after the implementation of ICT in the reading comprehension processes and the development of the proposal, the design works with the entire population group, identifying the population and the sample whose size is equal, because the group involved in the research is small. The investigation lasted a year approximately, and the data were analyzed according to the theoretical foundation, and by means of a statistical program. The inclusion of new Information and Communication Technologies in school environments, allows to open a bunch of educational possibilities so that the student finds different and novel spaces of accompaniment in their training process and more in the part that has to do with the processes readers and their appropriation of reading comprehension levels; the incorporation of technological tools as a didactic strategy, the teacher must ensure in his role as designer for the coherence of the strategies offered that are aimed at the educational project and strengthen reading in the classroom, must take into account the levels of reading comprehension , the evaluation, the learning rhythms of the students, this with the purpose of providing the technological tools adapted to the needs of each student, all with the objective of providing the technological tools that as didactic strategy significantly stimulate the knowledge of students in their reading processes in the area of Spanish language.

    Application of learning tools in virtual environments to strengthen geometric thinking in elementary students from Barrancabermeja, Colombia-2019

    The low results achieved by Colombian students in national and international tests in mathematics are known, therefore, and as an improvement plan, all educational institutions have set out to improve the quality of the provision of educational services. That is why this research seeks to determine to what extent the application of learning tools in virtual environments strengthens Geometric Thinking in fifth grade students of the Jhon F. Kennedy Educational Institution in Barrancabermeja, Colombia in 2019. The research had a quantitative approach, with a quasiexperimental design, which set the objective of measuring the incidence of one variable under study under the effect of another in a school context. It was used in a survey by means of a questionnaire to collect information on the teaching-learning process of mathematics, which took into account the informational and practical dimensions, use of didactic resources, evaluation and accompaniment, and attitudinal; and a knowledge test that included the first three levels of the Van Hiele model. Statistical methods were used for data analysis, and Student's t-test for hypothesis tests. Finally, as a result, it was possible to determine that the application of learning tools in virtual environments favorably affects the development of geoometric thinking of fifth-grade primary school students at the John F. Kenendy educational institution, and as a conclusion it was established that the The application of learning tools in virtual environments improved the level of performance of the development of geometric thinking in the fifth grade students of the John F. Kenendy Institution in the two experimental groups, since according to the post-test tests, a significant difference was found of means for the control and experimental groups, thereby accepting the general alternative hypothesis raised.

    Application of the “virtual classroom“ platform to improve meaningful learning in the students of the III cycle of the human and applied anatomy course of the professional school of dentistry of the Alas Peruanas university. Huacho, 2019

    The objective of this thesis was the application of the “virtual classroom” platform in the students of the III cycle of the Human and Applied Anatomy course of the UAPHuacho. 2019, it was a quasi-experimental study where it was carried out through two groups: one control and the other experimental, with a sample of 80 students 40 for the control group and 40 for the experimental group. In addition to the theoretical and practical classes, students used the “virtual classroom” platform to reinforce their learning. Before starting the application of the “virtual classroom” platform, a pre-test was taken and after the application of the platform a post-test was taken. For the hypothesis test, the Mann Whitney U Test was used, where it was concluded that there is a significant difference, where there is an improvement in the significant learning of the students of the III cycle of the course of Human and Applied Anatomy of UAP.     Application of the Descartes software in the construction of the concept of fractions in students at the Sagrado Corazón de Jesús Technical Commercial Educational Institution in Chiquinquirá – Colombia, 2016

    The main objective of the present investigation is to verify what extent the application of the software Descartes improves the construction of the notion of fraction per the students of fourth degree of the Sede Central in the Institución Educativa Técnico Comercial Sagrado Corazón de Jesús of Chiquinquirá in the year 2016, considering the meaning of fraction as part-whole, measure and multiplicative operator. The research by its type is applied, of quasiexperimental level, of pretestpostest design with group of control equivalent, of approach or quantitative method, with sample non probabilistic equal to the totality of the population that is to say the 138 students of the four fourth grades, the groups were kept intact in order to preserve their initial equivalence, since they are not randomly assigned or matched, but that groups are already formed before the experiment (Hernández, R., Fernández, C. y Baptista, M. P., 2010), the instrument used for data collection was the questionnaire, the hypothesis test was applied for a normal distribution with a reliability level of 95% and a margin of error of 0,05. The results of the hypothesis contrasts in the input test indicated that at the beginning of the research, the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part, measure and multiplicative operator between the experimental and control groups were shown to be equal; and in the test of output indicated that the performances where the construction of the notion of fraction from the mentioned meanings were shown were higher where Descartes software (experimental group) was applied than where it was not applied (control group). For beafore written, it is concluded that the software Descartes improves in a statistically significant way the construction of the notion of fraction from the meanings part-all, measure and operator multiplicative per the fourth-grade students of the Education Educational in the year 2016.

    Application of the Geogebra digital tool in the learning process of the linear function in the ninth grade of the school Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria of Cimitarra Santander 2017

    The objective of this research was to determine the extent to which the use of the GeoGebra tool influences the understanding of the linear function in ninth grade students of the Colegio Nuestra Señora de la Candelaria in Cimitarra Santander. The study was framed in an experimental design of quasi-experimental level. We worked with a population of 138 students of ninth grade, of which 70 students were selected as sample, so that an experimental group was established (formed by the ninth grade "C", with 36 students, who interacted with the digital tool GeoGebra) and a control group (Ninth Grade "A" with 34 students that was used as a witness), which were selected naturally as constituted in the institution. A pre-test was applied to the two groups in order to take a baseline and use it as a reference. Then the two groups were subjected for 13 sessions to the study of the linear function, with the difference that the experimental group (9ºC) was exposed to the influence of the GeoGebra digital tool and the control group to the traditional methodology, to develop this theme. Finally, a knowledge test on the aforementioned subject was applied again, in order to verify the fulfillment of the objectives and to check or reject the hypotheses. As a result, it was obtained that 100% of the students in the experimental group passed the test with a grade equal to or higher than 55 points, the average of this group was 78.19, which turned out to be 22.9 points higher than that obtained by the group. control that was of 55.29 and in addition half of the experimental group obtained notes superior to 80; 25 points more than the control group in this same indicator that was 55. It was evident that the continuous exposure to the digital tool Geogebra allowed to understand the concept and the different forms of expression of the linear function and were able to solve problems of their school environment , on this subject in a more easy and practical way.

    Application of virtual tools and significant learning in nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023

    The objective of the study was to "Determine the relationship that exists between virtual tools and meaningful learning in nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023", for this purpose it was developed taking a quantitative approach, non-experimental design, correlational level, As a sample, 152 nursing students were considered, and two questionnaires were taken as instruments, the first belonging to Organista et al. (2017) to measure the use of virtual tools with 30 statements and 4 dimensions and the second a questionnaire to assess the level of significant learning of 12 items and 3 dimensions belonging to Oré and Villegas (2020); all applied through the survey, and had their respective validity through expert judgment and Cronbach's Alpha reliability of 0.94 and 0.86 respectively; As a result, p<0.05 and Rho= 0.354 were found between the variables studied; concluding according to the finding that there is a direct and moderate relationship between virtual tools and significant learning of nursing students at a university in Ancash, 2023.

    Attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies in teaching practice at a private university - 2022

    This research study had as general objective to determine the relationship between attitude, knowledge and use of information and communication technologies and the teaching practice in a private university - 2022. The methodology used in the study was based on the positivist paradigm, hypothetical deductive method; this research is applied´s type, descriptive, with quantitative approach, non-experimental design, cross-sectional, observational and correlational. tThe population consisted of 250 teachers and the sample was 114 teachers, using two highly reliable instruments that went through the validity and reliability being highly reliable. The results demonstrated the existence of low levels for the variable attitude, knowledge and use of ICT with 43% and for the practice it was 55.3% teaching, The non-parametric test of Spearmen's Rho was applied for the correlation between the variables, obtaining a p value of 0.000 (p < 0.05). Therefore, it is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the study variables, so, university teachers are not prepared in the attitude, knowledge and use of ICT; and this makes it difficult for the teacher to carry out a good teaching practice.

    Authentic title, qualification and registration in the Peruvian constitutional jurisprudence on property protection, Lima 2015 – 2020

    The objective of this thesis is to understand the legal scope of the authentic degree, qualification and registration in the Peruvian constitutional jurisprudence regarding the protection of property rights, Lima 2015-2020. The approach with which the research is approached is qualitative, through the case study, using national and comparative regulations, resolutions of the Constitutional Court, classical and updated grounded doctrine, interview specialists as techniques for obtaining data those that are analyzed from an analytical and interpretive perspective that responds to the stated objectives and referred techniques. Scientific rigor is ensured through criteria of credibility, transferability, security / auditability and confirmability with which it is obtained as results, by triangulation, the verification of the existence of jurisprudential criteria that contain requirements greater than those established by law, this allows us to conclude on the need to formulate definitions of the categories, including those that may need the design of a new registry system.
