    Disability due to low back pain and work ergonomics in teleworkers of the Tata Consultancy Services company, 2022

    Low back pain is a major global public health issue that has caused economic problems. Due to COVID-19, one of the most significant issues for some people has been incapacity from low back pain, especially in cases where home office arrangements were made incorrectly. This has led to injuries from ergonomic risks, resulting in absenteeism and negatively affecting work productivity. This study concluded that there is a relationship between low back pain and work ergonomics in teleworkers at Tata Consultancy Services.

    Musculoskeletal alterations related to teleworking in workers of the Diagnostools company during the covid-19 pandemic, 2022

    The objective of the research was to determine the relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and teleworking among employees of the company Diagnostools during the COVID-19 pandemic in 2022. In terms of methodology, 80 employees of Diagnostools participated and were assessed using the Kuorinka Nordic Questionnaire and the Telework Questionnaire. The study followed a hypothetical-deductive method, as it is a descriptive, relational research with a cross-sectional design. 72.5% of the musculoskeletal disorders identified in the employees were located in the cervical region, 62.5% in the dorsolumbar area, 56.2% in the shoulder, 38.8% in the wrist or hand, and 21.2% in the elbow or forearm. 60.0% of the workers reported that the conditions in which they performed telework were regular, 25.0% reported them as poor, and 15.0% considered them good. It was concluded that there is a relationship between musculoskeletal disorders and teleworking in employees of Diagnostools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees presented disorders in the neck, dorsal or lumbar area, and shoulder, and the conditions in which they performed telework were regular.

    Occupational risk of teleworking in nurses of a national hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2021

    Introduction: Occupational risk is defined as all those dangers that exist around the development of a profession or its activity in particular, including the dangers that exist in the place where you work, which are likely to cause incidents or any type of accident. that may induce some damage or health problem, whether physical or psychological. The objective of our research is to identify the occupational risk in teleworking carried out by the nursing staff of the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, Lima 2021. Methods: the research is applied, with a quantitative approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive observational design. The population and census sample will consist of all nurses who are teleworking at home and who belong to the Guillermo Almenara Irigoyen national hospital of EsSalud, the sample will be collected in Lima during the months of July to August 2021. The technique that will be used is the survey plus observation, the tool to estimate the possible occupational risks of teleworking will be the Teleworking Occupational Risk Questionnaire (CRLT) which was created and validated by experts from the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy of the Government of Spain. It has a reliability measurement of 0.93 with the Kuder-Richardson formula 20.

    Prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in personnel of the Non Governmental Organization - Legal Defense Institute who perform teleworking due to pandemic, 2021 - 2022

    Musculoskeletal disorders are a group of pathologies that result in physical and functional alterations, often leading to disability. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to determine the prevalence of musculoskeletal disorders in the staff of the Non-Governmental Organization Instituto de Defensa Legal, which performs telework due to the pandemic (2021-2022). This is a descriptive, cross-sectional, and deductive study that used the standardized Nordic questionnaire by Kuorinka and a sociodemographic form for data collection from 90 professionals at this institution.
