Ítem Acceso abierto Anemia in pregnant women in the third trimester as a risk factor for preterm birth at María Auxiliadora Hospital, April – September 2018(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2017-12-07) Gonzales Picón, Jazmín Milagros; Morón Guevara, Luz Milagros; Ayala Peralta, Félix DasioThe study is a non-experimental quantitative analytical group difference study, retrospective cross-sectional. The study population was made up of the medical records of pregnant women who presented premature birth, a total of 705. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling type and the sample was made up of 250 medical records. The results were that 80% of the pregnant women were aged less than or equal to 19 years, 76.4% were in a cohabiting relationship, 93.2% were dedicated to their home, 80.8% of the pregnant women had education. secondary, 44% come from the coast, 73% of pregnant women had mild anemia, 21% of pregnant women had moderate anemia and 6% had severe anemia, Statistical association was found between both variables with a p value=.000. Concluding that the presence of anemia (mild, moderate or severe) in pregnant women in the third trimester is a risk factor for premature birth; and this association is statistically significant.Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-12) Cabrera Meza, Mercedes; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThis project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. Material and Methods: A qualitative study based on a bibliographic review, including 30 studies. Results: According to the studies, the cardiotocographic parameters of fetal status in third-trimester pregnant women mostly showed a normal baseline (120-160 bpm) (26.67%), variability of 6 to 25 bpm (23.33%), presence of accelerations (23.33%), absence of decelerations (10.0%), and fetal movements greater than 5 (16.67%). Conclusions: Upon systematizing and classifying the cardiotocographic results of fetal status in third-trimester pregnant women during 2021.
