The study population was made up of the medical records of pregnant women who presented premature birth, a total of 705. Non-probabilistic convenience sampling type and the sample was made up of 250 medical records. The results were that 80% of the pregnant women were aged less than or equal to 19 years, 76.4% were in a cohabiting relationship, 93.2% were dedicated to their home, 80.8% of the pregnant women had education. secondary, 44% come from the coast, 73% of pregnant women had mild anemia, 21% of pregnant women had moderate anemia and 6% had severe anemia, Statistical association was found between both variables with a p value=.000. Concluding that the presence of anemia (mild, moderate or severe) in pregnant women in the third trimester is a risk factor for premature birth; and this association is statistically significant.Ítem Acceso abierto Burnout syndrome in nursing professionals who work in the COVID intensive care unit of a national hospital in Lima, 2021(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2021-09-12) Cabrera Meza, Mercedes; Palomino Taquire, RewardsThis project will be carried out in the covid 1 intensive care unit of the Alberto Sabogal Sologuren Hospital during the third quarter of 2021, in which exclusively the nursing staff who work in the area will participate. OBJECTIVE Our general objective is to establish the level of Burnout Syndrome in Nursing professionals who work in the COVID Intensive Care Unit. METHODOLOGY will be based on a cross-sectional descriptive study with a quantitative approach. The study will be carried out with the entire population, that is, 35 nurses. For data collection, the Malash Burnout Inventory – HS questionnaire will be applied as an instrument. To collect the information, authorization will be requested from the personnel in charge of the hospital's training and teaching area to carry out the project, proceeding to apply the instrument with prior informed consent. Material and Methods: A qualitative study based on a bibliographic review, including 30 studies. Results: According to the studies, the cardiotocographic parameters of fetal status in third-trimester pregnant women mostly showed a normal baseline (120-160 bpm) (26.67%), variability of 6 to 25 bpm (23.33%), presence of accelerations (23.33%), absence of decelerations (10.0%), and fetal movements greater than 5 (16.67%). Conclusions: Upon systematizing and classifying the cardiotocographic results of fetal status in third-trimester pregnant women during 2021.Publicación Acceso abierto Nivel de hemoglobina materna asociado al peso del neonato procedentes de gran altitud referidos a un Hospital de Barranca - 2025(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2026-02-17) Sifuentes Castillo, Brayam Antony; Vásquez Mendoza, Miguel ArturoIntroducción: Este estudio fue realizado como aporte a la salud en las gestantes y neonatos, ya que la anemia gestacional en zonas de gran altura puede afectar al neonato. Por tal razón, se planteó determinar la correlación entre el nivel de hemoglobina materna y el peso del neonato procedentes de zonas de gran altitud referidos a un Hospital de Barranca – 2025, teniendo como respaldo investigaciones que fortalecen el estudio. Metodología: Enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño observacional y la población fueron 84 historias clínicas (42 gestantes y 42 neonatos). Resultados: Tenemos que el nivel de hemoglobina de 24 gestantes (57,1%) anemia moderada, 08 gestantes (19,0%) estado normal, 07 gestantes (16,7%) anemia leve y sólo 03 gestantes (7,1%) anemia severa, en cuanto a la paridad 34 gestantes (81,0%) Multípara, 06 gestantes (14,3%) Nulípara y sólo 02 gestantes (4,8%) Primípara, seguna la edad materna 31 fueron madres adolescentes 73,8% y 11 gestantes 26,2% en la edad materna ideal y el peso de 34 neonatos (81,0%) bajo peso frente a 08 neonatos (19,0%) peso adecuado, cuya correlación entre nivel de hemoglobina materna y peso del neonato a través de la Correlación de Rho de Spearman es 0,782 y la Sig. bilateral es 0,000 inferior al nivel de significancia pre fijado de 0,05, asimismo la anemia gestacional y bajo peso al nacer a través de la Correlación de Rho de Spearman es 0, 598 y la Sig. bilateral es 0,000 menor al nivel de significancia de 0,05. Igualmente, la edad materna y el peso del neonato el Rho de Spearman es 0,374 y la Sig. bilateral es 0,015 inferior 0,05. Conclusión: Demostró que se evidenció una relación estadísticamente significativa y directa entre el nivel de hemoglobina materna y el peso del neonato.
