Buenas prácticas de distribución y transporte de productos farmacéuticos según la normativa Resolución Ministerial N° 833-2015/MINSA en la droguería Biomedical Logistics del distrito de Punta Hermosa – Lima Metropolitana 2021–2022

The general objective of the research was to determine compliance with Good Distribution and Transport Practices (GDP&T) for pharmaceutical products, according to Ministerial Resolution N° 833-2015/MINSA, at the Biomedical Logistics drugstore in the Punta Hermosa district of Metropolitan Lima from 2021 to 2022. The methodology applied was the analytical method, with a quantitative approach, a basic type, a non-experimental design, and a cross-sectional scope. A 29-question questionnaire was used as the instrument for data collection, and it was answered by 65 people who actively participate in the distribution and transport process at the drugstore. Results: The statistical results showed that 60% represented total compliance, 38% partial compliance, and 2% non-compliance with GDP&T. The result demonstrates that compliance is partial and limited at the Biomedical Logistics drugstore. Therefore, measures must be taken to raise the percentage of compliance in order to ensure the quality and integrity of medications for the drugstore's final clients.

Cumplimiento de las buenas practicas de distribución y transporte en la drogueria Dermaestetika en Magdalena del Mar de agosto–diciembre 2020

This research, titled "Compliance with Good Distribution and Transport Practices at the Dermaestetika Drugstore in Magdalena del Mar from August to December 2020," had the objective of evaluating compliance with Good Distribution and Transport Practices (GDP&T) based on the regulations outlined in Ministerial Resolution 833-2015—the Manual for the Compliance of Good Distribution and Transport Practices. The study was a basic research type, with a descriptive, comparative method and a quantitative approach. A 21-item Likert scale questionnaire was used to assess whether the 40 warehouse personnel were adequately trained to perform their duties according to the drugstore's scheduled training and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The study concluded that compliance with GDP&T was evaluated using the current regulations of Ministerial Resolution No. 833-2015-Minsa. The statistical results showed that 70% of the practices represent compliance with Good Distribution and Transport Practices.

Eficacia de los servicios médicos de emergencia en helicóptero versus los servicios de emergencia terrestre para disminuir la mortalidad en pacientes con traumatismo grave

Objetivo: Sistematizar las evidencias sobre la eficacia de los servicios médicos de helicóptero versus los servicios de emergencia terrestre para disminuir la mortalidad en pacientes con traumatismo grave. Material y Métodos: Revisión sistemática observacional y retrospectivo, sometidos a lectura crítica y utilizando el sistema de evaluación GRADE para la identificación del grado de evidencia de los artículos publicados en las siguientes bases de datos: Epistemonikos, Scielo, Sciencedirect, Researchgate, PubMed. Resultados: De los 10 artículos revisados sistemáticamente, el 10% (n= 1/10) son metanálisis, el 20 % (n= 2/10) es una revisión sistemática, el 70 % (n= 7/10) son estudios de cohorte y proceden de los países de Estados Unidos (50%), seguida de Japón (20%), Alemania (10%), Inglaterra (10%) y Corea (10%). El 100% (n=10/10) señalan que los servicios médicos de emergencia en helicóptero son más eficaces que los servicios de emergencia terrestre para disminuir la mortalidad en pacientes con traumatismo grave. Conclusión: Los servicios médicos de emergencia en helicóptero son más eficaces que los servicios de emergencia terrestre para disminuir la mortalidad en pacientes con traumatismo grave.

Propuesta de implementación de documentos técnicos para el cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de distribución y transporte en droguerías de especialidades farmacéuticas a temperatura ambiente controlada; con base en la R. M. N.º 833-2015/MINSA

The present thesis proposed the implementation of technical documents to ensure compliance with Good Distribution and Transportation Practices in Pharmaceutical Specialty Wholesalers at controlled room temperature, in order to preserve the quality, efficacy, and safety of products during distribution and transportation, as stipulated in R.M. No. 833-2015/MINSA. The research consisted of five stages. In the first stage, the R.M. No. 833-2015/MINSA was reviewed and analyzed, and eleven points were identified for compliance with Good Distribution and Transportation Practices for Pharmaceutical Specialties at controlled room temperature. In the second stage, a Quality Manual and an Organization and Functions Manual were developed. In the third stage, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) were prepared. In the fourth stage, Record Formats were implemented. In the fifth stage, compliance with the requirements of R.M. No. 833-2015/MINSA was verified using a checklist. In this thesis, the implementation of the following technical documents was proposed: two manuals, twenty Standard Operating Procedures, and twenty-five Record Formats. The proposal for implementing the technical documents was carried out based on a detailed analysis and in accordance with the requirements of R.M. No. 833-2015/MINSA.
