The population was 154 nurses who met the inclusion criteria. The technique used was the interview and the instrument used was a questionnaire. Results: The attitude towards organ donation and transplantation in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) has the highest promotion by 52%, and the lowest is 48%. The same for the dimensions: PRL (attitudes towards the defense of the organ donor at a political and research level) with 54%, APS (attitudes towards actively and personally safeguarding the will and wishes of the potential organ donor) with 53%, SPPA (attitude towards safeguarding the will and wishes of the potential donor through a professional approach) with 63%, and SWR (attitudes towards safeguarding the will and wishes of patients) with 76%, consecutively, maintaining greater promotion for nursing. With respect to the first SHL dimension (attitude of defense of the organ donor at the structural Hospital level), a greater proportion of nurses with lower promotion is evident with 57%. Conclusions: The Attitude of Promotion of Organ Donation and Transplantation by the Professional Care Nurse of the Intensive Care Units is of greater promotion by ATODAS (Attitude of the nurse towards the promotion of organ donors).
