Ítem Acceso abierto Relationship between quality of life and therapeutic adherence to immunosuppressants in patients with liver transplantation(Universidad Privada Norbert Wiener, 2018-03-08) Chacón Quispe, Karina Carmen; Acevedo Sebastián, Fiorella Yamile; Matta Solis, Hernan HugoMaterials and method: this research was quantitative, correlational and cross-sectional; the population was 15 patients belonging to the liver transplant program. The SF-36 quality of life questionnaire and the immunosuppressive treatment adherence scale (ITAS) were used, validated and reliable instruments. Results: Through the Chi square analysis it was determined that with a significance level of 5% and with degrees of freedom of 4 according to the Chi square value table we obtained a limit value of 9.492, and according to our analysis we obtained a Chi value Pearson square of 10.95 where we conclude that our alternative research hypothesis is accepted. In other words, the quality of life of liver transplant patients is related to adherence to immunosuppressive treatment. Conclusion: A relationship was found between quality of life and therapeutic adherence to immunosuppressants in patients with liver transplants.
